UPDATE: I was able to go online and set up my account and then use that in the app. It works great now and has a ton of info. I purchased this app primarily for the inventory function. All of my email accounts say they can't be validated when I try to set up an account. I have emailed customer service twice with no response. I was trying to support a fellow YL member, but am going to find a different app and would like a refund.

As another review mentioned I spent a lot of time entering my inventory and keeping it updated. Now my entire account is gone. When I go to register an account it says my email address(that was linked to my original account) is available. It is as though I never registered with that address before. I'm only upset because this wasn't a free app. I expect a lot more for something that I paid for.

I love this very informative amazing app, and would love to give it 5 stars. However the stock module is disappointing... the stock edit option does not work. That being said - still happy with my purchase ... and I am using it almost daily.... thank you ! ( I have just updated my software and no significant improvement - I use an android phone )

REVISED REVIEW! There are still some issues with the latest version, but the developer worked with me to restore most of my data. The "favorites" module does not work, but I'm willing to wait for that to be repaired. I'm just happy to have my inventory restored.

Absolutely love the app!!! There is so much information on oils and there proper application. Love the layout, so easy to navigate and has alot of depth in each category. Great Job!!

I got the app and like the function but it NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. the new products are not in it. And since the increase the pricing is now wrong as well. I'd rather not have to explain to new team members that the prices were cheaper just a little bit ago. Also I never got an email to set up my account so I am unable to fully utilize the app. Is there any help for this? Is there going to be an update?? There has now been another launch and price increase with no updates????

I had no idea that this was a monthly subscription. I thought it was a one time purchase. No where on Google play does it say MS or when you decide to download and purchase it. Not happy and will not recommend this app.

I never write a review but felt I needed to write one this time. I never got an email to confirm or verify my account. While yes I can use this app for recipes I wanted to use this to enter my personal stash to find recipes specifically for what I have. I can use other apps just to find recipes in general for the oils. Not happy with this app. In reading the other reviews, it doesn't surprise me.

In this new version, I can't edit my stocks anymore. I used to like this app before this updated version After another updates, I can edit my stocks now. Thank you. The response from the developer is very good. Keep up the good work.

When i press the button to see a recipe appears just a blank page or takes me back to the menu. I'm very disappointed. This application shoud be free

I have version 2.3.2 and cannot edit my stock, or login. When I open the menu it freezes there, it won't go away so I fill the option chosen.

I no longer enjoy using this app. You have to sign in each time. It is horrible to add or subtract your personal inventory. Definitely not user friendly. I would not recommend it.

The app is working well on my Samsung Galxy Note 8 (installed sep 23), I installed on my other phone Galaxy Note 9 (oct 2) and I cant sign in because the menu block the page where i should type my login details... pls fix!!!!

I cannot access this app anymore. I get an application error "err connection refused" message even after uninstalling and loading it again.

Tried to register but didn't receive verification email. Tried to login, but given an error. Tried also forgot password but didn't receive any email. Thanks

this is my go to source. it keeps up with changes on info, sources, compliance, records, glitches, very well rounded app. Thank you Jen🤗

I absolutely LOVE this Ap! A lot of work seems to have went into it and for Young Living members it is like having a Product Guide, loaded with compliant how to's, right in your pocket while you are sharing! A MUST HAVE for every serious YL member or product user!

Purchased yesterday and I can't get on. I keep getting and error application message. I have emailed and no response.

Absolutely love this app. Hands down the best reference there is for Young Living essential oils. Jen is amazing and full of knowledge 💖💖 I recommend this to everyone!

Won't let me log in. Says to contact their team. No info on how to contact. So far it's a useless, overpriced app.

It's good. Will rate it higher when my inventory will have ALL the items available to enable me to know but full inventory.

Trying to install and it took uo to now 3 days without succeed. No problem with internet connection.

wasn't user friendly and didn't even tell you what the oils were good for. tried contacting the seller for a refund but no reply.
