This app is getting worse by the day! The new interface makes navigating through different matches confusing. Finding the full scorecard has become extremely difficult and frustrating. The app doesn't scale properly to the display and text size setting on my Android phone. Why change the features that were working and turn them into a mess? Why realese an update that breaks the app? Espncricinfo is my one-stop place for all things cricket, which makes this experiece very very disappointing!!!
This app become unreliable lately. The display doesn't fit fully within the screen. Most of the time you cannot go back to the previous screen, it makes you to close the app and come back later. Please fix the issues. Thank you.
The site is good for information, but this app as well as site are not mobile friendly. When you are looking at live score, you can only see partial info against bowler!!! It's missing out crucial information into ether. Is simple not tested before release, unbelievable. Using Samsung galaxy phone.
This is what happens when you have it developed by a Indian perspective. Full of clutter and pointing you in the wrong direction to try and up the clicks. I'd imagine 99% of cricket fans want the scores and stats. A minefield to search for them even when they are on the front page itself. The websites has gone downhill too. Such a shame.
Great experience. Feature suggestion to developer team: there is a playing 11 tab under each live match. It will be very useful if you can show what are the changes in the playing 11 from previous games. Atleast names of peoplr who are out from previous game that the team played.
A great app in general, but the only thing missing is a dark mode, which would enhance the interface. Quick update. Latest update has now added a dark mode! Thank you very much. The best app for cricket bar none.
Everything is fine with this app..but can you make lean back mode where you need not look into score always when your at work.
Random annoying notifications. I have notifications turned off except for Live Scores from English games, but it keeps sending me notifications about IPL stories that I'm not interested in
It has turned into a substandard app. You cannot pin the score and it further takes hell lot of a time to open a scorecard. Rubbish!
Absolute garbage. Worst app ever. Slowest junk app with constant freezing and loading and refreshing.
I too would pay a subscription to avoid those %$#& ads which render this app virtually unwatchable. This used to be a high rated app but it's gone steadily downhill. Surely you know this. Is it a deliberate policy??
Most disgusting experience ever with this app.. not opening properly even on wifi having speed over 45 mbps. Uninstalling right away. Alternatives.. Cricbuzz or NEXT cricket
App contents are great. But too much annoying ads... a premium subscription will do much great !!!!
The app keeps on crashing in Android 12 and the scores widget also is failing to load. Please check it.
Love the app but the pin feature isn't working on the Samsung S9. When I try to pin a score the app crashes. Will there be an update to correct this?
Great app, I especially enjoy the pin live score function. Only thing that is wrong with it is that it could have more coverage of CWC league 2, and challenge league. Would highly recommend it.
The app is like a web page. A simple hit of the return to previous screen option does not bring you to home. Getting back to home or where you started from is an unnecessary long and tedious task if you had ventured deep into the app. The app has many stats, which is very helpful and good to peruse, but I want to use an app, not a web page. Additionally, there are too many ads that populate the screen. This is very annoying. A very good app but the web page feel and annoying ads is just too much
Since the latest update the scores and series pages do not load, just a blank screen, rendering the app basically useless. Used to be able to search for stats but can no long do that. Also no longer shows batsmen and bowler averages on the match summary page like it used to. The app now seems to be focused on video content which isn't useful to me.
Slow and buggy when loading, will be better ifbtje whole app can go dark mode and not just the score cards, when turning on dark mode, it becomes even more unresponsive
Great place for cricket news and live scores, but I keep getting asked if I want IPL notifications. Believe it or not, but not everybody is obsessed with the IPL, no matter how much you want to clog up the news feed with it. If I wanted notifications for the IPL, I would have turned them on.
Crazy amount of ads. The app is so slow to load.
Great app... Shifted from CB ... Stats provided here are awesome even for female cricketers , which are missing in CB ... Loved this ..
Why is this app does not show in recent while clearing the opened apps..?
This app is getting slower and slower with every update. This has been my first choice app for over 5 yrs. But now I am considering using some other app, which is better, faster and doesn't get stuck or freeze the screen. I am using Galaxy S7 and the app is getting worse with every update. Some other issues..You cannot see the teams before the match start, if you want to see the available players. The recent and upcoming matches won't show you everything that is current, you have to search.
Back option in app doesn't work, instead when you click back twice from your phone the app just closes.
App keeps crashing and the widget is useless these days
You have absolutely destroyed whatever was left of this app, since the last update. I have a new Galaxy phone, yet this is the only app that keeps getting frozen OVER AND OVER AND OVER. You can't scroll down the home page without it getting stuck. You want to read an article? Tough luck. Wanna check detailed scorecard? Not anymore without restarting the app 4-5 times. FIX IT. I'd give it quarter of a star if I had the option to.
In the app right now there is an ongoing Nepal Pro Club Championship in which the logo that the app is using for the team of Nepal Army is tge outdated and wrong logo I would want you to correct it as soon as possible @ESPNCricinfo
For the past few weeks there is a lag in the information appearing on the main screen when I open the app. At times the info (score, articles, headlines) is lagging by a few hours and at other times by a few days. Refreshing the page most often does not work either. Hope the bug can be fixed asap, otherwise may need to consider other sources for cricket scores and news!
