Raised their prices recently drastically and now there are no coupons. Kind of defeats the purpose of a coupon app. 90% of the time you open it at a cash register and it says you're not in range. Probably uninstalling if they can't work out that kink and start giving coupons again.

I love this app it saves me money i get moble coupons twice a week and it even keeps track of how much we save, only thing i didnt like about my moble coupons was when i was loging inn and was at the check out sometimes the app would tell me i had to be in the store lol witch i was so the cashier told me if my wifi I was on my coupon wouldn't work so now that i make sure wifi is off i dont have any trouble

This app has more issues then it's worth. Never win anything and I cant remember the last time I've received a coupon. Would not recommend this app.

Haven't received a single coupon in over a year, worked well prior to that, even created a new account and same result, no coupons.

it is a pain, have to try to open it a minimum if 8 times and they changed the app to balloons instead of actual addresses so it is almost impossible to get the right balloon. not at all user friendly and the place I use most to use coupon told me that several people that try to use it it won't open stating that you must be inside the store before it works, while inside the store. I've also noticed since using the coupon almost ever store I stop at has Increased their price by one dollar.

Grizzly is a great product. Pouches beat the granular. The app is nice to use too.

This app is horrible on so many different levels. 1st you have to log in every time you open it. There may be some legal reason & that's fine but often it times out trying to do so. I think my biggest issue with it is that you can only use it in certain stores & that's just plain stupid. Why would I go to a convenience store & spend $1.90 more just to save $1? It makes it useless. I enjoy the site but I NEVER win so there's that. I do a can a day. Over $2k a yr. Winning once wouldn't suck.

Seriously? You all could of given some kind of heads up the coupons were coming to an end! Just up and doing this without any word at all is just like corporate America! That's right EVERYONE, they have discontinued the digital coupon program for the foreseeable future. I guess they weren't making enough money as it stood and needed more. I'll be moving on away from this brand for sure!

This app saves me money atleast once a week! Its easy to navigate and easy to use. I had no choice but to edit this review as of the latest update to this app. I am no longer able to login in since the last update. I was at store with app opened ready to use coupon and the app closed on me, it said they were updating the app from that point on all I been getting was error messages app worked fine before last update! 😡

plagued with problems. my screen is always dark in this app only. 80% of the coupons give an error message. called 4 times over 2 years...Non of the updates fix the problem. please as the tech team to step it up. very poor app performance. would love to use it if it worked.

App. was working fine until the last update. Since update unable to get actual coupon to pop up on screen....some isdue with this app. now. As stated by others, this has become a major pain in the ass. Why should i continue to be loyal to a company/product if that company keeps SCREWING me on their price & coupons. ALWAYS REMEMBER......thete are ALWAYS alternatives. Get your App fixed & working properly or face the tune when loyal customers begin to find alternative products. Fix the App!!!

Haven't been able to redeem coupons because of whatever Error Code: A62 is. Online support is useless and just tell you to call. I dont have the time to call during their business hours, so I will be uninstalling the app. It's slow as molasses when you do get to redeem a coupon regardless. Dont waste your time.

App seems to think i dont exist even after having a account over 2 years,keeps refusing to let me log in with my username/password and every time i try to change my password it refuses to let me do that as well! Useless app altogether! 😤 would give it a -1 rating if that were possible

This app is easy enough to use, however, if the coupon is only $1 off per can I'll but the better deal on Copenhagen everytime. I would more likely use the $7 off per roll of Grizzly. No sense paying more than I need to to drive nails into my coffin !

It just doesn't work, I get an error code or it says i have to be in the store when I'm standing at the register, the cashier says everyone that uses the app has problems and most never get it to work! Ugh! Grr!

App worked well for about 3 weeks (grizzly said you get 2 coupons a week through the app. I got only 2 so that's not the case). But not it constantly displays an error message and doesn't load any coupons.

I used this app for the entire 2018 calendar year with NO issues. they have updated this app in 2019 and now it does not work. please fix, however I see where plenty of others have voiced their concerns to no avail....

App is a nightmare if you've ever forgotten your password. Also, digital coupons were removed. No more coupons, no more space on my phone for this app.

Changing my rating from -15 stars to 5 stars. app is now working flawlessly. I stopped buying grizzly for over a year since most stores overprice grizzly these days and I couldn't use the mobile coupons due to the apps gps glitches. All great now though and I'm back on the bear!

Extremely aggravating!! Last year I had to call and verify who I was because they could only find an address I haven't used in 9 years then they done some "update" that locked me out, I got aggravated and deleted the app. Just downloaded it again and it still can't verify who I am?!?!?!?!

when it works its great too bad it only works once in a while and really why do i have to always sign in after doing an update always having to reset password because i forget it!!! giving it one last time then good bye and good bye paying grizzly you will lose a customer

App does not work in some stores but you have to be in the store to use it. Yes, crazy, right? Also some store locations improperly stated in app. When I am in the store closest to my home, it shows that I am 0.2 miles away, so I cannot use it there.

App seems to be working fine for me not what problems other reviewers had. I would like to make a suggestion that users receive a notification when a new coupon is available instead of having to log in every time to check. Thanks

Kept saying I had an error that need to be fixed to create my account. Although everything had green check Mark's. I took a screen shot if anyone cares. No coupons for me, just uninstalled it.

Love Grizzly, but I've been using there product (long cut Wintergreen- 1 can a day) for 20+years and have yet to win anything. The website is cool and tobacco is top notch and worthy of a 5 star rating.

I love the coupons but has a really hard time getting location to use the coupons. I've had many times as the gas station I couldn't get the coupon to work and had to pay full price anyway

Sounds great but upon Installation it wants permission to write system settings. No thanks, never had an appask that question.

mega Problems, and ready to change chew companies over it, something's changed cant log in, says I dont exist , I've had the dam account for almost 11 years now, called got help 3 different times, still does it, and coupons oh this is good, hit redeem and it kicks you out, go back into app and says , will be coming soon. IT USES THE DAM THING.

I like it but once logged out if you forget your username and password it takes a lot of time to recover your login info. I typed in my "High School Mascot" in the login recovery and it said it was invalid. Never got back in. I uninstalled the app.

This app makes me log in at each opening and will never recognize my location. As it is, this app is useless for 90% of my attempts to use it. I appreciate the Grizzly coupons but app sucks.
