Just a little slow to log in. It's very useful
Fairly easy to use but half the time the system is down
It will be truly Appreciate if the developers fix the app .I tried to e mail out to them and the email did not went through.its time consuming going to my bank to do transaction ( specifically when I live 30 min away from the bank).I commented to the teller about the app not working and she didn't have a clue o received any complain about the app not working...it's a great tool this app, however need fix quickly
I have a Samsung A20 and it tells me how to automated sign in that is not allowed I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice still tells me the same thing the old version for the update work just fine I use a fingerprint sign in and it worked every time now it will not work at all. I have noticed that they do not respond to reviews Now they have fixed the problem for the Samsung A20
It used to work, but now every time I try to open it on either phone, it's instantly frozen - doesn't accept any input of any kind. Deleting/reinstalling/etc doesn't seem to help.
I recently upgraded phones and now I can't get the app to load at all. It was nice when it worked maybe the software needs updated to be used on newer phones.
When it does come up it works very well but most of the time i have to try to login 2 or 3 times before i can actually get into my account. It just shuts down sometimes when i first log in.
The folks at The Family Credit Union are very friendly and helpful. Their great customer service and assistance makes them a valued asset. And with the addition of online banking, they are truly a good banking decision for me. Thanks for all you do TFCU.
Great app when it works. Recently app hasnt been working and cant contact devolpers. I wouldnt suggest getting this app as it doesnt seem like it gets updated/maintained any more.
Easy to use App. Keeps all my money right where I can see it. Loans too. Plus the Family Credit Union staff in Davenport and Bettendorf are all very helpful and very friendly. 10/10
App doesnt always work, goes down for days. Its very frustrating that you cant check your accounts.
Usually is pretty great, but won't load last few days. Blank screen. Thought maybe needed update, but don't see one available.
Simple, easy I love I can see all my accounts, information & make transfers & pay bill so easily!! This app has really helped me stick to a budget!
Very handy. Easy to check balances and make payments. If you bank with Family, the app is a vital tool in maintaining your finances
I'd like to be able to add a short note to transfers so I could look back and see what they were for. Other than that, it's a very fast and efficient way to bank.
it doesn't always work. there's times it don't open. like it freezes on the every first page.
Very good bank to have money there. What I LOVE THE MOST IS THE FRAUD PROTECTION. If there is some weird transactions, they will call you right away.
It was super easy to set up. I was very surprised! It worked immediately. Easiest app ever used.
Enjoy the app. Only thing is when my wife gets on it on her phone she has to answer the questions and then I have to answer the questions when i get back on it. That's a little fustrating.

80 percent of the time it gives an error screen, forcing me to use the website anyways.
It's Ok. Log in screen freezes sometimes and can't see accounts after midnight.

Bro. There is no greater app for my nice lil credit union. Such a good app, great interface. Fast.
The only thing I do not like about this app is mobile banking. Why do I have to write mobile deposit only if I am using the mobile deposit app. I do not have any this issue with my other banks.
Excellent Service & Great to work with. I have been a member starting from a small office inside Sivyer Steel. Many, many years ago I was also the kangeroo a few times.
I love this app will get a 5 star but it wont even open up anymore just keep getting app not resounding fix please
Works sometimes. But sometimes does t. Overall not a bad app.
It is good for checking balances and immediate transfers. I don't like that you can't verify through Bill pay when and where a payment cleared or didn't clear my account. I don't like that the bill payer app will allow the main c.u. page to time out. Paying new billers through the app wasn't available until recently and still you have to hunt around to find how to get it done. But all in all for a small local credit union I think they are awesome!
