The Farmers Bank - TN

Since my last update app won't work, just get a white screen, app won't open up to log in my bank!!! Please fix this issue. Worked fine before the update. Never had an issue before!

Hard to keep info loaded, but great easy to use

I always have trouble getting on to the app it's not always functioning.

Ap used to work. Can't even log in anymore. Always crashing. Very inconvenient.

Sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesn't. The app is under maintenance more often than not. Will not allow you to make any check deposits, no matter how good the pic is. Operating on Galaxy S9, so it's not the phone.

Worked well, forced update, doesn't work. I was forced to update it and now it doesn't work. It will open, but basically looks as if it's just a picture or a screenshot of the screen and it cannot be interacted with.

Does NOT work with androids anymore. Think they'd fix that. If not soon, I'll be finding another bank.

Since my phone update this app has stopped working all together. I have had problems in the past with it working, then not working and working again. This time it has been 2 weeks and still not working.

It was great but in the last 3 weeks I can't open it I finally got it reinstall working great

Worst banking app I've ever used. Constantly down and can't log in for days on end. Even have problems getting ahold of support on the telephone. Complete waste of time and energy.

App doesn't work now as it did 4 months ago.

App keeps getting better. Would still like a few more options.

I especially like viewing balances without having to log in. This is a feature that has to be set up. The app is easy to use.

Terrible app.instant balance is innacurate most of the time and it is down for maintenance alot...since using this app I have had more problems with account balance than ever before.

I have worked with Farmers for a long time and they have been the best bank I've been at. the workers are nice and the app is VERY user friendly. The only compaint I have is the mobile deposit fee. Everything else I have to day about Farmers is all good news :)

Constant bugs and issues, trying to contact your bank for assistance is a total waste of time aswell.

Makes it so easy for shut ins to bank without having to struggle to get to the bank. Staff is amazing too! Like family.

Lags bad and you can't log in at times. Freezes up. The old version was way better.

Sometimes it works great other times it wont work worth a hoot. It's always under maintenance majority of the time.

Would you please fix this app. Have to reinstall every other day or it won't open. Keep saying an error occurred.

Can't get into the app except every now and then

Interupts screen. Stops working. Constantly popping up even when im not using it.

Since it updated it keeps closing out and not working at all. I hate it now. I used to love it and use it all the time.

Worked great for YEARS now it wont open. A month later and it still doesnt work!

Easy to use interface. No fuss. No muss!!!🙂

I love the app. keeping up with how much you spend and wherr you spend is so much easier

Hard to get into my account. Not easy to access. Needs to be less complicated.
