This app is garbage it takes forever to load if it loads at at there are always connection errors. TFB's mobile apps have never been very good from what I've experienced. This app goes days saying error call for assistance what is the point of the app if you have to call just check your balance.
This app makes it possible for us to connect and interact with our bank even though we live a distance away. I use the TFB Mobile app almost daily to balance my books. I can also transfer money from one account to another and deposit checks with ease. I haven't had any problems finding what I needed. It would be nice if I could access my credit account with it too.
It usually works OK, but it just gliched on me. I was transfering $100 from one account to another, and first it gives me a message saying they can't do it right now, to try later. I wait a minute, and hit transfer again, and it transfers $200 instead! Now i gotta transfer $100 back? I'll complain to the bank if i hit my maximum transfers this month. Update: No other glitches, it works well now. I really like the ability to use Zelle. I do wish the register went back further, though.
I know this is picky but if love if the GUI was a little more modern looking and if I had the option to categorize transactions from within the app. Otherwise works fast, has all the features of a banking app!
love TFB! their app has gone through a few significant changes in the 5 years I've been using, and it just keeps getting better and better. edit: lost two stars. the new Payments feature needs a lot of work. previously, I was happy using zelle as a separate app, but zelle now forces me to use my bank app and the experience is less than stellar. Added a star cause mobile deposit is so convenient
The app is progressing and I love it. For a small town bank with only 6 branches and it's this savvy is highly impressive. The check deposit process is soooo much easier then in the beginning. Way to go TFB moving on up. I absolutely love this bank
Great app. Always works well. Love the card management feature. The only thing that's missing is a way to record checks that you've written (that haven't cleared).
It doesn't work. Doesnt open, Keeps crashing, fix this!!!! I used this app everyday, but today it won't work. J uninstalled, reinstalled, and still won't work.
Decent App. You need to call the bank a lot in order to add accounts or change things, so not terribly user-friendly in that respect, but otherwise good!
I absolutely LOVE the app. I Fauquier Bank is the best bank I have found. I live out of the area and use this mobile app and online all the time. Even when I call the branch, i get personal service and absolutely love it.
The new update has caused slower log in times as well as input lag. Devs please address these issues . Works great 👍 easy mobile banking !
Great app! User Friendly. and no problems at all...just wish it would allow you to view your whole acct # when needed
Now that I can log in with my finger print, I love this app! I have not had any big issues with using this app and I am very pleased.
Most recent update won't allow me to log in. Can't even see boxes to enter credentials.
Good. The only issue is when I close out of the app, sometimes it randomly opens when I use another app
So easy to use! Saves a trip to the bank every month and allows us to keep our hometown bank even after moving 50 miles away.
This app is trash. Every time I try and log in it wont let me and always gives me error messages

Forced updates and problems as well. Update*** Every update they do just seems to be less customer friendly, provide less information and just gets worse!

Ok, generally easy to use but the auto capture for deposits could use some work. It usually works on the front of checks but I almost always end up having to manually capture the back of the checks and the picture quality is always poor so I worry the checks may not get deposited. I really like the instant balance feature, that's great!
