Saving Bond purchase in the early 2000. Receive saving bond in 2009 same day LAPD officer Luna and officer Contreras stole it; as they did an illegal search. When report it missing to the bank to officer Morales saving bond was cancel . I called bank the next day as the officer suggest and said it was cancel already. Later on Donald Trump did an interview and expose my account information. That is a legal document. the Reporter and himself are the same officers from the LAPD southwest division whom stole this paper. This is the only saving bond they have not to mention I have been waiting for 9 years. Luis Luna now you have the post office and city hall working against their los angeles citizens. Its been more than 30 days since waiting after I filled out there forms properly; Which is outrageous since they open those forms and just fax them to each other since there both manage by same owner.
