Up until last couple months had no problem with app but I'm having the same issues apparently I see other people having saying bad request too long keep uninstalling and reinstalling still not working help desk could not help I even went to my phone carrier couldn't figure out boss gave me link I have to use that link instead of being able to actually have the feed app wish they would fix this app so I can just click on the App instead of having to look for his name and search for that link
The app doesn't open, it keeps crashing since today, not sure whether it is to do with the update, but it was fine before. Tried to reinstall it, restarted my phone, nothing seems to help..
Given an error for 2 months now, can't even get into the app. Even when I could it wouldn't let me open applications through the app. It kept saying to give the app permissions that it already had. Overall a very poorly programmed app
Works perfectly! I use it daily to check LiveIQ and Subway Listens as well as many other features! I stay up to date with Subway through The Feed! I love this app! The only issue is it seems unavailable for IPhones so my spouse cant use it
On April 15th I placed an online order to the Mexico Missouri Clarks Lane Subway it took my order I paid for it with my PayPal PayPal card it went through they took the money I went to the store to pick up my food and it was closed nobody answers the phone today I didn't go to the store but I have tried to call it goes directly into a message system I went to another Subway and they said nothing to do with the other Subway so I had to reorder the same order the second time in order to get food
I am never able to download a file from the app... it gives error that I hav not enabled Storage Permission (which is not right, as I have checked Andriod App Settings). I also emailed developer multiple times about this bit response!
Works for about 2 weeks, then I get a message that says "request is too long". I've had to uninstall and re-install every couple weeks. Terrible App!
Was working great but the last few months I can't view hourly readings in LiveIQ and now I can't access it at all. Same error for a month now.
Vey bad. I could not login in for 3 months. And call IT Dept for 3 times and nobody can fix it. So bad
Not sure what is going on but I can't open app for the last month this has been happening & I need to be able to access this for work, up until the last month I had no problems or issues, the samething is also happening on Subway University, don't know why i can't access anymore but issues need resolved so that I can get on & see employees course percentage so that I know if I'm in compliance for the store I manage
Horrible app. Doesnt work. Keeps giving errors. Can't download resources. Disappointed that this is the quality we are receiving from Subway HQ to help us run our stores more efficiently. I would give it zero stars if possible.
Cannot use the app. Not allowing me ti change the restraunt location. Im in India and the app is showing me a restraunt in Romania even when Im asking the app to find the restaurant closest to my present location. Most disappointing as I love Subway food and am unable to get access to it to place my order.
This can hardly be called an app. All it does is take you to the website essentially, and it won't even display properly on a phone (everything is cut off).
Words well for me. Navigates well without lag and well optimised for mobile. Just putting my input here for the The Feed Team to know as I see other issues faced by different people. On Samsung S9+
Need username and password saving or easy log in feature. Entering username and password everytime is not ideal when we have an app.
Error message everytime I try to download.. I have Uninstaller and tried again. Thisnisnsuppose to make things easier for my managers, doesn't happen..
It stopped working on my phone. I tried uninstalling reinstalling. I was only able to make it to my log in and then a web server error pops over after it tries loading
Doesn't do anything besides give error codes. Notice that in all the reviews as well. Maybe fix the problem instead of making everyone contact you.
Love it! Check it daily, but can't right now cause it keeps saying error...field consultant says their working on it but it's been like this for almost 2 weeks now

I can't get on the app anymore. It tells me username/ password is not working properly.Still unable to get on the feed of Subway and it tells me that the name too long.
I have a samsung galaxy s 9 and and every time i opem the app now it give me "bad request request too long". I have uninstalled and installed it afew time and have gotten nowhere.
HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long. When open thefeed app this Error come how I fax this problem app not open
Liviq is not working in this app since last week. I uninstalled many times but problem not resolved.
Can subway come up with product that work first time. App is not letting me download anything.

I rate this app poor because you can't order without Regfirst but there is nowhere to or how to register so one can't order disappointing 😔
It was working fine but from last one week after entered password, I can see "Bad request - Request too long" "HTTP Error 400"
Has given me a server error for the last 3 months or more. Works great when it works, but would be nice if it was actually working all of the time. Have uninstalled and redownload several times. Doesn't seem to make a difference.
