I've been with first bank almost 10 years I've never had an issue with them always good service this app has been a life saver I've never had an issue with it either I enjoy being able to keep up with my account anytime needed without a phonecard I give it 5 stars
Mobile deposit and talking with a representative is super easy, fast, and efficient. Checking my balance is nice and easy too.
The app is very customizable, so you can get comfortable with it quick. The customer service is polite, but also straight forward. You can troubleshoot, without having to take a guess at what to do for what issue, because you get text asking/ telling you what steps you need to follow for a solution. It's very well thought through, organized, and professional
Horrible banking app! The app is another reason I want to change banks. It's slow to update, even your own saving to checking transfers. You have to use a pin and then after months of using only that, you have to update your origional password and when you can't find or remember it, you're locked out all weekend! I only put in the wrong password once!
No transfer from my bank to this bank account. Monthly check deposits are limited. No zelle. The app is probably okay it's just the bank and their customer service is limited
I like the convenience, the courtesy of the people who work there and the timeliness of my transactions.
The camera feature could be easier to use. I try to line up the rectangle to my check, hold the phone steady, then carefully tap the "take picture" button. My other bank's app is much easier; as soon as I line up the check, the app automatically snaps the picture.
Pretty damn good app considering it's for such a small bank chain. The design is simple and minimal enough for ease of use. Some things just don't work properly sometimes like the depositing a check feature.
I love the Mobil app except when I work out of town. The amount of my paycheck per week exceeds the deposit limits. Very inconvenient because I mostly work in other part of our country.!!!!!!! 4/2020 the last week it keeps telling me to check for updates. There are none. It's not keeping up with my account very well.
Works well for monitoring my account and depositing checks. However, always asks to update the app, even when recently updated. Some transactions (transfers) still require contacting customer service.
This bank app is really slow at updating account. But i really think its the bank. And I'm not happy with the bank itself either. High fees and it takes days to update your account. Customer service is no help. The app froze one time and messed my account balance up bad. So no I'm not happy with this bank.
Approx. three days ago (4/14/20) the Payments card disappeared from the dashboard?! I've tried to add it back, but it's not available. It's also gone from the menus. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, to no avail. Ver. 2.16.368
Shy of being able to schedule regular payments, the app has been very useful.
Bad app and bad bank. At least once a week the app stops working for the entire day or even longer, always some type of security feature that needs addressing. Get logged out and not able to log back in. And this bank is just bad, they screw with your money alot by doing things like switching your balances around from negative to positive then back into the negative, or charge you 36$ on a .63 cent overdraft, or they keep pending transactions pending too long cause you to overdraft.
App has improved over time. Generally quick and easy for straightforward tasks. I have not explored possible new features this year. Good job!

Overall this is a great banking app to use.
Was working fine until I updated the app. Now everytime I log on it says to check for lates update and some payments were not showing. The new layout looks cool but please fix these bugs
It has been great until a week ago. The circle spins for a very long time before updating bank info, sometimes it doesn't update at all and it times out.
Had problems with money transfer and the funds were there...
I work out of town a lot, online deposit is great
Horrible app. Never updates account totals properly. Doesn't accurately keep a running total of expenditures. Slow to log in.
Fails to sync constantly. Apps are supposed to be easy and convenient not slow and unhelpful. Please fix this.
I'm not a "tech dude" but this app is very easy to use and understand.I was a customer with Florida parish banks before the first bank took over,only reason I stayed was cause the ladies that I come to know and trust were still there so I stayed as well and glad I did Good app,good people at my branch on 190 in hammond,la.thanks
Cool app, the bank is awesome, and the people are great! Love being able to call and get to a real person instead of a computer.
This app is so convenient you can do all kinds of things including depositing checks, its super easy to use and its really accurate too.
I have been banking with the first for many years now. I just love them and refer any of my friends or anyone who 8s looking to open an account to them any chance I get. My daughter even has her first savings account that she is using to build for her future. I recommend my bank to any and every one
Since the required update I have been unable to use the app. Prior to that it worked fine. It makes you click to update but when you get to the app for the update, the only options are open or cancel. No update is shown. When you return to the app the screen to update won't let you into the app. Please fix this issue!
