Had old app installed and it worked well until Spring 2018 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.0, until The First Bank upgraded the app. Now it states that this app "may not be optimized for this device " and kept trying to connect to the internet, but says there is no internet available when there actually is connected to the internet thru wifi/hot spots and home internet. It never connects to access. I have the same App on my Samsung J1 phone that works flawlessly. So why won't this app work on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.0 ? This has been reported to the bank, with still no response. Last bank response check by me was in September 10, 2018 with still no answers available by the bank tech department.
So-so.. I love that they have a banking app. Although I have to reset my phone after every login. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It did not fix the issue.
App worked well for years, with minor annoyances. Recently, the log in screen refuses to load. Uninstalled yesterday. Will try again at some other time.
This app keeps saying, "User blocked, sign in failed." Even though I am inputting the correct login info. Trying to get IT help has been an effort in frustration. I'm getting ready to close this account and switch banks.
App is ok but it stops working and has to be reinstalled about every 2 months. Also I cannot get access to my savings account.
Haven't been able to use the app since I opened an account. I have never received bank statements either. Go paperless so customers are left in the dark on their transactions.
Interesting app.It just keeps displaying the opening splash screen - over and over. I thought there would be more to it than that.
The app is great for a quick glance at things and depositing checks. I would really love to get my statements from it.
Pretty buggy in the past, bit recently has worked pretty well.
i was unable to open my own, OTP AND PASSWORD are asked for and said not to correct. I was not given option of filling another despite the fact that i just downloaded it
Good financial institutions App for transactions. Their services is always updated and easy to use

The app's okay once you're logged in. For me, the biometric login never works except for one time. It fails thereafter and I have to log in with a username and password anyway. Truthfully Mobile deposit is the main reason I even got this app to begin with. It's pretty slick.
