Timers:
- Flat: A simple no break timer
- Linear: Based on the 52:17 strategy
- Podomoro: A classic timer consisting of 25 minute focus periods
- Pyramidal: Work up to 60 minutes gradually from 20 minutes and back down again
- Downward: Work from 45 minutes down to 15, separated with scaling breaks
- Alternating: 15 minute and 30 minute alternating focus periods
- Intensity: A tougher Podomoro, consisting of 30 minute focus periods and 2-minute breaks
- Relaxing: Focus for 30 minutes with rest ranging up to 26 minutes
- Three Peaks: A long cycle that increments focus periods from 20 to 40 minutes in waves
- Fartlek: Focus consistently for 26.5 minutes with varying rest periods
- Custom: Build your own timer that you prefer
