Difficult 2 shop thru, and when I attempted to check out, I noticed my cell phone number was incorrect, I was unable to change it. I canceled my order. Just when u think you are going to complete the order process the app goes down!
Barcode in app still not fixed. Registers can't read it. Text box cuts off half the code. Why do I have to press buttons to load coupons in the app when I'm a member? Favorites list doesnt work. Past purchases is empty too. This app needs a lot of work.
I went through a lot of trouble signing in. The app would not accept my email. Customer support was helpful, at least. This app doesn't have anything available, not a damned thing. Something real grimy is going on and I will find out.
Why am 8 only able to add some digital coupons and not others? What is the point if it's not completely functional? Also it's not that intuitive and kind of choppy. Go back to the drawing board.
The app is excellent, because it is convenient .I always have a problem when it is time to pay for my purchase , options are EBT, house account , it skips credit card options.
The last update was Nov. 2017! What are you waiting for? It says it will work on any ipad or iphone. What about android. You forgot us. No wonder I can't finish my order. You're losing a lot of money. It's time for a serious update. The app is easy to use, but I can't finish my order when it gets to payment option. You really should fix this.
I have been receiving the Sign in pop up, although I am signed in. I changed the password...even deleted and reinstalled the app. It is not working any longer. This started towards the end of Dec. 2020
The app has a lot of glitches which prolongs the process. I just ended up very frustrated and still without groceries.
terrible customer service. If you forget your password and press the forgot password button you will never get a link to reset it. I tried it 3 times, put in my email address and no reset link ever showed up in my email...been 3 days now.
This app no longer holds my best interest. I always used the app to clip coupons and scan my price plus card because I have no clue where my physical one is and now im just over it.
To improve, it could be more like the Shoprite app that lists more products than what is in the ad. Categories could be clearer like meat, not fresh.
I always have a problem placing order. I get to payment - then it repeatedly says - sorry can't connect, try again... frustrating ... yes I have wifi...
Used to work fine but now constantly and me to sign in and gives me an error message. Can't access any features at all.
Gets to payment method. When you make your choice, it tells you there's an error and won't continue. It was easy to use, until then.
Fresh Grocer Lasalle is my go to store. It is close to my home and they usually have everything that I need.
Like the app but fresh grocer delivered 2 bags of my groceries delivered someone eles groceries to me and left the rest of mine at the store, i essentialy spent 500.00 on 2 bags of groceries pathetic!!!

App worked for a while, now has quit. Let me build an entire cart but won't let me check out.
App keeps freezing when trying to load coupons. Does not have circular on Fridays of next week sale.. update trashed the app
New app takes me to Chrome to access & freezes up when attempting to add digital coupons.
I like the app. I can make up a list and use it when I arrive at the store, and can check the item off.
This App is a waste of your time because it freezes on you when you try to clip the coupons to your card

Useless! You cant register your account. Keeps giving you errror even when they generate a card number.
app doesn't work. I sign in and then it signs me out, repeatly asking for my password.
Can't load digital coupons whats the use of an app that can't load coupons to your card
I'm having a very bad experience with the app. This app supposed to be new and approved and it's not meeting up to my standards. I cannot pull up the digital coupons also I cannot click on the save app to try to get into this new program click save. There's a lot of adjustment that has to be done.
