This app was very easy to use, no problems what so ever. I was able to upload photos from all angles of my car, including a photo of my odometer.

Very easy to use. Couldn't get the VIN to scan, but other than that, it was really convenient and so much better than having to take time to go to a shop and wait. Definitely recommend!

No flash for taking pictures and the section with damage came out too dark. I'm in a parking lot with a car behind me blocking the light.

This was a very good app. The only problem I had was with the scanner for the vin number,it wouldn't scan it.

I Am Extremely unhappy with my over the phone BS estimate with abouth 1000$ below shop estimate with some Chineese knock offs to my vehicle. Thank you but no thank you. Insurance is very happy to take my money when i pay but not when they have to pay. would i recomend the General NO i would not
