The game itself worked fine.after you find him 8 times it brings you to a screen that tells parents to hold the square for 3 seconds and it took awhile for it to work then it went to a new page it kept saying need full address.eventually after 5 or so tries it worked. But no instant prizes.so v bummer :(

I typed in my kids DOB it said inelgible come back in 24 hours. It can't be that big of a prize if u get second chance and can come back to play the next day,so it shouldn't matter what DOB I type

The game was fine to play. Once i got to the screen where i had to press the shape to confirm im a parent took atleast 10 tries for it to go to the next page. Once i was on the page to put my info it kept saying i didnt put my full address in which i did but it wouldnt go to the next page. Then it exited off the page without the entry and said i couldnt try again for 23 hours.

I put in my birthday the first time. Said I entered the first day successfully.. And then I just decided to put in my 3 year olds on the second day just because it's really for her.. Well now I only have one entry instead of one for every day like I should because it tells me I'm too young. It never lets me put in my birth date again ! Blocks me out. Totally bummed.

It won't let me change the birthday within the app..I accidentally put the wrong birth year for my daughter and It won't let me change it. It says she cannot be entered in the sweepstakes because she isn't old enough. Absolutely ridiculous that there is no way to correct this. I already tried to delete and download it again.

Kids enjoyed looking for the coins and picking Geoffrey from the correct box. Worked to get entry into drawing at the end. As others mentioned, it is the parents birthday they are looking for, not the kids. It does say parent birthday on the screen, not sure if it always has or they updated. Kids looking forward to playing again tomorrow.

I downloaded the app on my android phone. When I click to open my phone goes black (like it will start to download and open) bit then immediately goes back to home screen. Please fix! Update: I uninstalled the application and redownloaded it. Same issue.

No way to reset so if child enters birth date you are banned from playing. Uninstalling, very disappointed

When I want to go and use it I click on it and it goes straight back to the home screen don't down load this stupid game.

The first time my daughter got all 8 coins I went to the next step,put in her birthday and then it says sorry your not old enough. It wouldn't let me go back and put in my birthday.

Keeps force closing after 3 rounds of find geoffrey. I will update my review when issues are fixed. Really cool concept though and my kids are excited to play...please fix asap

Well the very first time I won and clicked the link for my prize it told me there was an error and to try again after 24hrs... has potential but not off to a great start.

i tried using the AR problem is the book does not have any Geoffrey coins.

Tap on the app and it just goes to black screen then goes back to your home screen... It doesn't open/work

My son won all the coins and we put his birthday in and I checked to verify and then it says sorry you are not old enough to play here is a match game.

Tried to open on Galaxy S6, the screen rotates, turns black, and goes back to the home screen

I won all 8 games and the prize is entering a sweepstakes for a chance to win. Does anyone ever win those? (for those having issues with the circle, it took me a few tries but eventually holding on for the 5th time linked me to the sweepstakes site)

We won and nothing screen went blank..plus it's not adding anything we ate winning or doing

I uninstalled the app twice but when I try to open it, I get a black screen and then I'm returned to my home screen. Hope they fix it soon.

I can't open it, I open the app, a black screen shows up then it goes back to my home screen.

I've try to uninstall and reinstall and it doesn't fix the problem. Pretty sad because I wanted to play it.

My son input his bday the first time and now I cannot claim the prize or enter the sweepstakes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to clear his bday so I could put mine in & still won't allow me to.

This game is unforgivable I did not know you had to put your parents info... So I put mine.. Then I played it 1 more time then I waited a whole day.. Then I did it again I tapped on the square but it said you can not do it anymore.. I undownload it then I played it again the it still says I can not do it...

My son likes it and it states for parents to put in their info so you have a chance to win the sweeps. So my son plays the game then gives me the phone so I can enter the sweeps.

I found Geoffrey every Single time... And it wouldn't let me claim the 8th coin. It kept telling me to play again one last time... Over and over, even though I kept finding him.

This game is okay we don't like to geoffreys awesome sweepstake contest.
