Not very good it looks like the photos were taken by actual customers and not really a very professional quality which is okay but that's not really what makes me mad what makes me mad is that you can't search for what you want I'm looking for some storage containers and I went to like the options and none of those were really storage containers so I really went walking on this app because if you want to search for a product that you're looking for it's not very helpful I wish I could rate it 0

App is freezing up & cannot look at my bill & pay from app. It was fine at first, now it's seemingly crashing.

This is the worst store app I have ever seen. You cannot search, it doesn't let you select all departments- you can only pick what they want to show you. Worst of all, they show hardly anything. For the Bedding department there was a whopping 2 items. I've been to the store and they always have more than items. Bathroom department isn't listed at all. TJMaxx and Marshall's have normal searchable apps which are great. They dropped the ball on this store.

Freezes and doesn't work at all! Either the screen stays red or turns black, then you need to restart your phone just to get close these screens. I have only been able to use it a few times and it was great to see the new arrivals at your local stores. But for it to work 2 percent of the time, it's just fustrating. What a shame! Had to uninstall for now.

The stores are amazing BUT the app is not. Crashes everytime I use it. Now it's not working at all!! Who's posting the pics?? Are these items available?? Or did someone post what they bought?? Totally confusing!! Can't shop on it or put what you're looking for in a search bar because there isn't one!! Have to physically go to the store because the app is not useful in any way. Very frustrating!! Still love the store!! Strongly dislike the app.

Haven't even had the app 24hrs, it won't load, just stays on the red Home Goods opening screen

don't like the new version at all after the update..it jumps all over the place & as you try to scroll down it keeps repeating the same stuff over & over. You want people to ahop at your store right? Many of us like to preview the stuff as it comes in, there was absolutely NOTHING WRONG with the original version..why change it?! Please bring it back or fix this one. In the meantime, I'm outta here..uninstalling it til you improve it.

This app needs some serious work. It continually crashes, freezes on the opening screen, and closes out. I've had to remove and install at least 5 times in a week. If you all could fix the bugs it would be fantastic! We want to see the goods so work on the app so we can!!

First of all, I can't sign into my account through this app. I have an account but when I go to sign in, I enter my email and password but then there's no button to press to login. Nothing. There's no way to proceed. Secondly, this app would obviously be even better if it wasn't just "sneak peaks" but instead actually let you purchase items. Will update rating if you guys add a "Login" button to press after I enter my email and password.

App is awful. It's not user friendly, very frustrating to use. I took it off my phone. Trying to move around store to locate items of interested was very frustrating and lengthy if even able to find product.App should totally be redone. Just allow people to type in product section and search for item ie. Furniture, linens, pillows, dishes.etc. and browse thru pictures rather than using an arrow trying to fumble your way around store to find product, which increases anxiety 100 x's!

I dont see the point of this app. It's bad enough to have to drive far to get to the store, but even worse, there is no online shopping.. , and they don't even show you what is in the actual store.. at least shopping online for pick up should be an option, especially if your looking for specific color items for your home.. It should be a Home Goods store Only. This app is useless.

Theres a reason this app has horrible reviews. Major cons are, you cant purchase anything thru the app, the photos of items are all from other people taking pictures in your local store. This app is VERY buggy, super slow, laggy to load. The idea of getting a peek at my store before going is enticing and I would love the feature to save to my favorites IF the app wasn't so SLOW. Useless garbage, HomeGoods really needs to get with the times on allowing people to shop online.

Wish it would be user friendly. Can not navigate to particular products or items. The ultimate app would be for customers to view all items in stock, select and buy items to be ready for pick up.

I can navigate the departments fine! Fill up my cart, fine! Look up items, fine! BUT it keeps telling me the login info isn't me! I will be on my 4th "reset!" It's getting ridiculous! All I want to do is get my flipping rewards to use in the damn store!! Meanwhile, AT the store, the people in line are angry because it's taking so long! NOT OK!!

I just want to search for an item that I already bought. I want another one. I'll drive to one of the 3 stores near me (or further) depending on the item. However, the set up of this app won't allow that. Honestly, the restrictions make me adverse to shop at Homegoods altogether because I can't just look up an item.

I read the reviews about this app and website. They are accurate- totally useless & not worth the time it takes to download. The website is just as useless. Most of the time it doesn't work. When it does. don't expect to see prices or be able to search for specific items. Also- Why do you need access to MY CAMERA?! Fix & improve your app & website or just continue surfing towards bankruptcy.

This app is horrible. I loaded because I am looking for a specific item. Can't filter a search to just look for that item. However there were some stores I had been to and found the item only to look through the app and nothing!! I found the app unusable and uninstalled it in frustration. It is easier to drive from store to store looking for what I want then to try to use this app.

Won't open/ crashes after initial set up. Unable to use at all. Extra frustrating because I uploaded my gift card to it when initially set up only to not be able to access it afterwards.

App is super slow and keeps freezing while loading. You can't shop by category in any way. Very little listed. Mostly just has pictures of staged rooms. Someone desperately needs to revamp this app stat!!! I wish I could rate this zero stars. Absolutely disappointing!

I can't search for things I've seen in store and taken pictures of. I want to seem item details and dimensions and prices. The filters on the app only show no more than 10 items. It's a horrid app. And the website is even worse.

The good : Easy to use and great groping of section. The bad : app hangs like I had 56k modem. Can't open it when I want to use it, probably due to ads. They need to figure out how to load the app efficiently with all those ads when opening.

App is useless. Does not load properly. Does not let you see entire screen. Indicated you to use your TJX password (which I have)but doesnt allow you to sign in...I definitely used the correct password and email address. It does not have a search function.

I downloaded after receiving the promotional email. I don't have a store account so no point there, but I was interested to see the "What's in Store" section. Five items, dated 2 weeks ago. Really? Even if I had a store account I wouldn't use this app seeing as my local store never has reception once you're inside. That's probably not the store's fault, the whole shopping center is like that, but what good is an app if you can't load it in store? Maybe if you could shop online I'd redownload.

TLDR; This app isn't worth the headache. This janky app crashes my phone all the time! When I'm able to even get the piece of garbage to work properly there's literally no point to it. Do you love that piece of furniture and want to buy it through the app? Too bad! Do you at least want them to save if for you so you can come pick it up? Not possible! Do you wish there was basic information about the store you're going to like hours or directions? Nice try!

Doesnt really present products in a way that give you choices the stores themselves are so much more but the presentation in apps doesnt show case it. I like to see much more furnitures, rugs, curtains, drapery, art, etc.. the presentation doesnt make you want to shop .

This app is not to search specific items. It's simply to browse what others have seen in stores you choose to follow. I liked looking through it, but lately the app has not worked at all. It continues to close before it even opens.

This app is ridiculously slow and crashes often. It's like impossible to use. It performs as if it was one of the first apps ever made. In major need of an upgrade and faster interface.

The old version is much better. This new update makes checking out the goods impossibly difficult. App freezes and takes you back to the top of the goods list, not allowing you to scroll through all the items
