Every time this app is updated customization options change position or are missing all together. Needs better quality controller or some quality controller in general. On top of that there's no way to communicate with the store that you've arrived for drive up you have to do it through text. You guys need to look at domino's app at their order tracker.
Works well Edit: if your internet slows down the app will freak out, it changed the time I set my order for and I can't change it since the order was placed. There is no feature to change the pickup time after ordering. I hope they add a feature to change pickup time within a certian period of time after ordering or something similar.
Finally! Lol. A great app. Very user friendly, easy to navigate and find the foods you're looking for. Easy to edit and pictures are sharp. Payment gateway is an easy process. Love this app , way better than the other web-based one. One suggestion, if you can put an option to take a picture of your card instead of typing the numbers in would be fantastic. That's it. Great job dev.
My ordering experiences have been great. The app is easy to navigate and complete an order. My only complaint is that there are options not on the app that are available online, in person. Like the option to add tri tip to a salad, request Teriyaki sauce on the side for dipping French fries into to , or to add an extra portion of Tri tip to your sandwich. These seem like simple items that should be in drop down menu. When their added I'll review with all 5☆'s.
Everytime I use the app to order pickup they say they never got the order and will be consistently 15-20 minutes past the pickup time I chose. Idk, maybe it is the restaurant but they say it is a technical problem, and that, I would have to blame on the app service. Good idea, now try to make it work so it isn't just literally making the food harder to get.
Even though I'm 40 and very technologically Savvy, I generally hate using online apps to order. They're just designed poorly and you can't really ever order how you want or what you want in the way that they're organized is frankly stupid. This app on the other hand well-designed easy-to-use was able to quickly pick out what I wanted and how I normally order my meal. Was pleasantly pleased with the experience.
Habit is my family's favorite place. The app makes it so easy to order. I place my order and I get the notification it's ready usually right as I'm driving into a curbside pick up spot. It's so much faster than waiting in a drive thru and the food is much, much, much better. I used to order through the website, but the app is much more user friendly on a mobile device.
The app never sent me a code to join the rewards program for the free burger and drink. I understand that happens but the app has such little customization too. It would be great if you would add a notes section . My mother also wanted extra malt for her malt but it isn't an option. She also wanted romaine lettuce for her salad but wasn't an option. I would say it is a 2.5 stars because it is easy to navigate but has little customization versus other apps you order from.
OK for ordering but rarely get any deals. And an awful tipping system: it only gives you 2 choices, both of which are round dollar amounts that are pretty high for service that only involves giving you your food. Just let us add a custom tip amount.
Super easy ordering and you get text notifications when your order is ready. With in-store pickup, curbside pick-up, or delivery, it's nice to not need an external app for other options. 10/10 Make it a habit.
There's no option for condiments for curbside pickup. I read another review about the same thing and I put the condiments in the car description and they came through with the condiments. If there's a favorite option for past orders they should create a full menu to set favorites for customized items for even easier ordering.
I actually enjoyed ordering from their app. I have been using apps to order from various places as of late and find that some are more complicated than others. The Habit however was easy to use and took me no time at all. Unlike other buisnesses I have tried and it can take me half an hour to place an order.
I attempted to place an order but upon submitting, the app reported that it was "Unable to verify payment". I deleted my card and entered it in again just in case I had mistyped but it would still not go through. I tried a total of 3 times and checked my credit card's app to see 3 pending authorizations. Edit: looks like it was because my card was declined. Error message could be better.
I would like to suggest there being a "cancel order" option within a 2 minute time frame of ordering. Today when I ordered on the app I tried using a reward (charburger if you buy a drink) but the reward didn't go through and i did not realize it until the I would have liked to cancel the order and retry it as the only reason I got the drink was for the reward. now the reward is expiring in a few days and it feels like a waste. The restaurant itself was very fast and with curbside so 5* for them
First time using the app, really cool and easy. I would recommend an add on for the kids to order there teas/ fruit drinks and add ketchup to the kids meal chicken nuggets. My child can't have dairy and doesn't like bbq sauce. Other than that the app is great so far.
Was trying to redeem an offer for a free burger on the app, I accidentally pressed the back button while showing the barcode before the lady scanned it and I lost the offer!!! If the app is generating a personalized code the system should be able to know that the offer was already redeemed!! So pissed right now
Excellent! This is by far the BEST app for ordering take out! Finally someone got it right. LOVE the text notifications and the app is very easy to order from and make adjustments to exactly what you want and how you want it!
I normally hate installing apps for every little thing, but this was actually really smooth and streamlined. Fast and responsive and I didn't have to make an account to use it to place an order. I don't leave many reviews, but this app was impressive enough for me to say something about it. Shouldn't be surprised, Habit slays.
Emailed Offers "view in mobile app!" that REQUIRE app. Install app, login (friction filled process in itself),... no offers. Same results on all accounts in household. I think it was a trick to make us install app. Worst 25 minutes of my week. Not going back.3
Again, emailed promos have a high-friction registration process (with ridiculous password constraints for a FOOD APP) . Even after all that, promised offers never appear. Ignore any "We’d like to learn more and make this right for you" responses to this review; they never did so.
Honestly, I love the habit and this app is pretty good, but there were some customizations that were lacking from the previous ordering system. The previous system turned me on to subbing out the normal bun for the sour dough and adding jalepenos on to my burger. This app allowed neither. I also was unable to select half and half fries and onion rings...they always do it at my local habit and it is another thing I love about the habit. Add more customizations and this app will be perfect.
Like it except I can't find the way to bring up the Specials screen to choose a perk I've been offered. There isn't the 3 bars menu on top like other apps so I miss out on offers.
Great App!! And of course Great Food!!! The app is super easy. Love all the features. Wish other restaurants would follow they way your app runs. Love the map at the end of my ordering, showing how to get there and long it should take me to get there. So I know what time to pick for my order to be ready. And if you haven't tried their food, it is a must!!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
It's pretty easy and I'm lazy and anti social so I like being able to order from my car and they bring it out. The app is really detailed and you can pick and change every option you want on your food. Well crafted app!
I love using the Habit app! It is literally one of the most intuitive interfaces I have ever seen. It walks you through each step of the process in a logical, efficient way. Their menu has delicious options on their own; but if there's something you don't like, you customize it to your liking. And, as always, time between order and pickup is speedy fast without compromising that delicious Habit taste. Great food, great service!
