This is probably the worst app I have ever used. It doesn't link to the news story you click on. It closes unexpectedly.

Logan liar can't even keep their site up to date

Keeps me updated.

Its like being in the yr 2016 in logan ut, who thought such a kewl app could be created here

No update since may 28, 2015

It has all the relevant information but is not visually appealing once in the unlimited access area.

App never updates.

App crashes ever 30sec or so on nexus 5 (android 4.4 KitKat). News stories always later than other sources.. For members only.

This app is worthless unless you only enjoy reading the headlines. Every article requires a subscription to get any information. Don't waste your time with the hearld journal app. Down load the Deseret News app. At least there is some news about northern Utah without paying a subscription.

I usually just read the obituaries and go to ksl. com for news. They don't start a story and then have the snotty remark that the rest is "available for members to only". Come on ... really.

I think its stupid how they charge now to view on our app and online.

App only allows you to read the title of the article. Then redirects you online to buy a subscription. Once you buy a subscription you have no way to log in on the app making the app completely worthless.

This app owuld be awesome if it acrually ran correctly. Takes forever to load anything constantly pushes and loads things by itself when pulling things up in the classifieds there's a bunch of just letters that u have to scroll through forever. Could b much better Galaxy s3

Worthless app! Now you have to go to website and pay. Would give zero stars if possible!

I used to love this app, but now that you can't read any of the articles from the app, it's essentially worthless.

This is so dumb you can't read the articles anymore! I am uninstalling. Great way of losing customers.

The change that will not allow you to read the full article is worthless. Why have an app if you have to go to the website to log in to read it. Was five stars, now one...

The app used to be great for someone like myself who is from the valley, but now lives in another state to keep up to date with what was happening in the valley. Then it slowly started to change by only letting you view the first paragraph of the story then making you go to their website to register to pay to read the rest. Now it won't let you see any stories at all, so what is the point of having the app? I have other local news apps on my phone which are FREE & all access. Just not worth it.

Happenings need to be updated!

Readership of the HJ is low for a reason and this just makes it worse. Subscriptions to this paper would be worth paying for if the reading (and writing) level was increased and the articles were edited thoroughly.

I thought this app was okay until they quit including the entire article. I have now uninstalled it.

Not quite there... Shrunken interface that only displays on about 1/2 of Atrix 4g screen.

Goes in to error each time I choose a column.

With all of the choices available online to get news, why the HJ continues to make their site and app so blatantly unfriendly to users astounds me! For example, "Log in with your Google account," they say, but you still have to create a separate HJ account in order to log in. Really?

(If I could give no stars would) uninstalled after trying. This is the worst designed app I have ever seen. I installed to fool ow home town news; will be using internet.
