The app looks like it was originally made for Zimbabwe. I noticed some differences between what l was taught in class. The navigation has a problem where the last tile expands but you c moan not scroll down to view the contents. I had to go back, select the section again then tap the last tile.

Except for the section of signs. The sentences or lines overlap into each other making them a little unreadable and not clear.

I cross referenced the information on this app with the actual Highway code issued by the ministry. It does not show the right information. This app is not a description of the actual Highway code of Uganda.
