The Holy Bible - King James

I love the ability to navigate directly to both text and verses, unlike other Bible apps I've used in the past. Also the options to add notes (next to verse), highlights verses, cut and paste is easily to orchestrate. The only thing I would add, to this near perfect app, is the ability to underline or highlight in the saved verses and note section. But over all, its great.

Edit: After checking out the remove ad option, and seeing the response to this review I have now realised my mistake. Thank you for clearing this up. I did enjoy this app, so much so that I bought several other translations here with the secondary goal of removing the ads which were annoying. After a short time with no ads, they have shown back up with no explanation and none of the help or support links work.

Wonderful app! There are several things that would make this app perfect. For one, I would like to be able to upload ALL of my 10 years of marginal notes at one time, to PDF for print out. I don't trust the cloud system, and I would like to write a commentary series on the Bible. This app only allows the uploading or printing of one note at a time.

The audio is the best out there of any Holy Bible app. The storytellers and music is superb. Only one add and you won't even notice it! Settings are the most efficient too. Most excellent app for the best experience. You will corroborate with me after downloading all HB apps, this is the best one. Much love and thanks.

Very convenient 'package' as it makes the Holy Bible non-bulky, light-weight, & easy-to-read, plus one need not fight any breeze &/or risk tearing any pages. It's also quick-&-easy to find book, chapter, & verse. I also like how some key words are 'footnoted' with instant access to the note without having to leave one's place & search around for the corresponding note (as one must do with a book format).

The audio is just the right speed, and it is well synchronised with the scrolling of the text. The app is very user-friendly. The ads are very unobtrusive. It's nearly perfect. The only problem I've encountered is that occasionally (four times, so far), the app switches to text only, and I have no option but to reinstall it, then download all the audio files again. There's no way to contact the Developer via the app.

This is the best King James Bible app that I have used!!!! It is amazing!!! I have downloaded several over the last year or so. Each had either technical issues and or deficiencies or they were overloaded with ads, some of which were inappropriate. This app has the best of everything. You can remove the minimal ads for only $1.99- not a subscription. It is very easy to navigate to different passages, it has very helpful cross-reference links, and definitions. You can select the font type and size

The word of God at your fingertips!!! Good app, but just a few bugs. Minor inconveniences would be a better description. While searching, it asks whether you want to navigate scriptures or search key words. That would be fine but it asks EVERY TIME! Some of the tap keys are too close together & you often end up having to back out of something you didn't want to go into. Like I said minor inconveniences. Otherwise, this is a great tool for researching & studying the Bible! Quickly refer to any part with ease & it even provides cross reference so you can find other scriptures related to that topic easily! The best feature is it allows you to download other tools & refer to them without leaving the Bible app!! I recommend this app for anyone, whether you're a new student or a seasoned teacher or minister! There's a helpful tool for everyone.

I really like the app. But for those of us who study and depend upon a tool to help us even further, I would suggest the ability to file verses by topics and highlights so that they can help us memorize them. Also, to be able to play them all of each topic file. Many bible apps are overlooking the ability to help in memorizing scripture. Thank you, I really love the fast audio access. God bless you

I have used this Bible for over 3 years and it is more than perfect for me. Not only does it have the King James Version but other versions as well and has an array of study guides to go along. The cross referencing, the explanatory notes and the highlight and note taking features are some of my favourite content. And the fact that it has night mode is a plus for me. A perfect 5 ⭐ rating. Did I mention that there are no ads? Yes, no ads.

This is a really good KJV Bible app for study purposes. The features I like most are the built-in cross-references (accessible when you press/hold underlined text) and that you can get clarification of certain terms (when you press/hold the superscripts). You can also look up the definition of ANY word by holding down on that word (which opens up Google to pull up definitions). These are all huge time-savers. The ability to add notes, highlight scripture, etc., are also nice. Well done!

I've used this app for years now, I've changed devices multiple times and it's never lost any information I've put in it, it really does save everything from highlights to margin notes. I can go back and look at notes i put in from the very first time I've ever used it. Multiple colors to highlight with, and a underline option. There's so much that can be done with this app including downloading study and devotional bibles.

The app is very easy to use. I am excited with the daily pictures of natural scenaries and Bible verses. However, I prefer the former format of seeing all the books of the Bible at a glance while the reader selects the needed book with a click, instead of the current one that shows only some books and the reader has to scroll and scroll.

I have been using this app for many years now. I recently reinstalled this and I noticed that there are some features that no longer exist. For one is the Strong Concordance and second is the that you can no longer view information behind the italics letter on certain words. When you click the italic letter, it will give you the meaning of the word based on the original translation but now it is gone. I tried clicking on the letter but nothing is showing up. Please help. This is a good app. but with certain limitations. I do not understand some of the tool symbols; I would like to see a much greater range of colours for text marking, but I like the fact that I can mark individual words in any verse. It would be great also to have Strong's Concordance linked to it. There may be features which I have not yet discovered, but then they don't seem to be that easy to discover. The reading plans and their ease of use is what I appreciate most, but need flexibility.

I love how I can easily navigate in here. I needed audio for my project of reading the Bible in a year. I needed to be able to move the phone around without the audio stopping and having to begin at the beginning. The voices are varied so it isn't droning (but they do border on comical sometimes, imho). That does not detract from the usefulness. I find myself imagining the voice actors who are making the audio for us with this awesome and incredibly important text. I'm grateful. Thank u!

Love having it Don't always like the ads(that's why 4 stars insteadof 5), but they offer a non ad version. I love that it is a downloaded version and doesn't rely on a data or wireless connection to work unlike some apps. I've had it for years and I have put it on my parents and grandparents phones. It's easy to use and navigate.

I am impressed with this App! I have it on my phone , tablet, and laptop. Its easy to navigate and I truly appreciate the audio feature. Nevertheless, I would like to be able to tap the reference and it link me to the scripture that it's referring to. When I tap it again it will return me back to the previous scripture I'm studying. If Tecarta incorporate this feature into their app then this app will be perfect !

This Bible is well crafted for everyday study. It gives a complete selection of various biblical texts from different sources so as to compliment a diverse selection of believers and their personal interpretation. The audio version is great for when reading the word is impossible but yet you can still feel connected to the spirit of the Lord. Highly recommended for all bible students!

I have enjoyed the theatrical readings & digging in deeper to suggested scriptures tremendously. However, all of my scriptures notes from January through mid March have disappeared. Around the same time my notes vanished the ads reappeared asking me to make a purchase. They were very fast in responding to my review with apologies & a way to fix it ALL. I have everything back & no more ads. Thank you for your attention, professionalism, & providing me w/a quick & simple fix. Highly recommended!

I love this bible! It features old & new testament. It has the ability to let you highlight versus' or even save them to notes. The notes section is great as well because you have the ability to write your own & then reference where to look in the Bible for that particular verse. It also features daily versus' & inspirational quotes for an instant uplifting! Great app that I always keep on my phone for instant access.

This app is fantastic, very helpful, easy to use, easy to browse each book, chapter and verses. The audio is excellent. I have been using it over 4years and no other apps can be compared with it. I have changed my phone severally but never changed this app. I downloaded it for my wife, and 3 children and I have introduced it to many of my friends who have also been using it over 2-3years. This is totally user friendly. I appreciate that. The audible reading is very nice. The various voices and accompanying auditory effects brings the Bible to life. You get to live it as you are listening. Love to play it in my car also. Never thought I would use a digital Bible more than the actual book, but I do. The scriptural searching ability is a big plus for me. It has made my studying so much easier. I've had another Bible app but this one I like best.

I grew up reading the KJV & whilst some passages benefits from reference to other more modern versions to fully understand the language, the KJV expressions are unrivalled in dramatisation & poignancy. I am therefore an ardent KJV fan & found this app which I have used for several years to be ideal! Functions such as the search, red lettering, folders, margin notes, highlights, etc adds to its assets. However, I wish it was possible to link related passages.

This app is excellent! it has audio and the voices are awesome. Uses different people for the different parts. Voices change,has music that goes along with the reading. Ex..suspenseful when needed Of course, you have an option to make it monotone if desired. it is a great app. You can press on words , to get them defined, or cross reference. A very useful app. Daily devotions, and verse of the day.

This app is great, it's very simple to use, you can choose from a vast variety of fonts, and colors to mark bible verses, you can touch a word and find out what it means, it also gives you a daily scripture along with a story that puts the verse in perspective. I reccomend this app for all seeking an uderstanding and closer walk with the LORD.

App is easy to use, super convenient when I don't have my bible on hand. Love the highlight and footnote features for any study notes and observations. It has helped me find my favorite pick me up verses, and I love listening to it when my hands are busy but I still want to get in some bible time. Overall wonderful app 💚🙌
