User friendly, very easy to navigate, and best way to access your account. Just got a notification that that will no longer be accessible after August 1st 2018. Sad to see it go and a little confused since it's such a great app.

I've gotten an entire order of purple diapers before (on the screen it looked blue) because they didn't have all of the designs i picked out i guess. This app lets you add diaper designs to your cart even when they don't have them and just adds extra to the previous pack you chose. You really have to watch out. Some people don't care, but i choose the special designs for the monthly pictures i do of our son, so when it's 4th of July, i expect the stars and stripes diapers i ordered for the pictures. Having organic diapers isn't the only reason i choose to pay extra for this brand, it's the designs too. These are the best diapers we have tried for our son & we'll probably choose them again for the next baby. Honest is always good about fixing their mistakes too. So hopefully they can fix the app.

I love the diapering products as well as the cleaning products, I've tried everything just about. I do believe that the app should have the option to change a select amount of diapers to be all one print. Or 2 of one print 3 of another deal. Like you are able to change sizing. But I do know that if need be I can always pick up the phone and call customer service whenever I have a specific need. That is what they are there for. So far my only complaint about the company it's self would be that loyal customers have to pay full price no matter what once they sign up for a bundle. Your first bundle comes with free shipping and anywhere from 30-50% off or so much off your next bundle. Sometimes a free bundle. Example my first bundle was diapers. I payed like $40, with all the dicounts given. And the next month was free. But since then I've payed $79.95 for my diapering kit and $50 for the cleaning kit. Kinda unfair but that's where they get ya. On top of the continuous notification pop up on the app that says you're only so far away from getting free shipping. You are spending $50 no matter what if you want free shipping. My suggestion is that people who are signed up for multiple bundles or frequently shipped bundles ((realistically new mom's go through that box in 2 1/2weeks, it aint lasting a month like it's ment for)) should get some kind of incentive off one package or the other for being a loyal customer. Or something. Sincerely a borderline customer.

Was working great but now when I try to select add-ons to a bundle the app freezes and kicks me out. When I reopen the app, my add-ons are gone. Very frustrating! 5 stars with a fix

I had issues selecting prints. It gave me 2 of the same print, which was not what I wanted. You can't process returns from the app either. But it works to get diapers when I remember I need them and not near a computer.

Loved it when i first downloaded it, now the last few weeks the app hasnt been working at all. Wont even load to open up.

Top notch quality diapers, wipes, baby lotion, and shampoo/body wash. Customer service is also always super helpful and kind.

The app works half of the time. There are always errors and bugs. Like reloading or freezing. The desktop version is worse.

Kicks me out completely😣 Doesn't cooperate and pretty pricy for something that is poor quality.

The app is super easy to use and everything you need is on it. It's come a long way since it first launched. I've had to just go to the actual website a in the past but not for a long time. I guess that's always an option. I love the brand and I absolutely LOVE their customer service. The solve anything and everything within 2 days. Absolutely no complaints!

Neither the app or website is working and it's very frustrating when you are trying to edit your soon to be shipped bundle very inconvenient

This app is out together well. Plus the prices are not bad for super awesome natural products! I am happy :)

***Edit: (06/23/2018) Having an issue with updating my card for payment. I try adding my new one but every time I hit save the app says it can't save the card right now try again later. Please fix!!*** Absolutely love it! Very user-friendly and easy to figure out. Looks great, works beautifully and is perfect for all parents.

The app should allow you to select multiple packs of the same print, if thats what you want. I hate having to call customer service to request multiple packs of one print.

app makes you pick 6 different diaper designs even if you dont want 6. also when adding cosmetic products to the bundle when you click to go back it makes you start all over with the search. customer service takes quite a few days to respond.

I've been using honest every since my baby girl was born over a year ago, there customer service is great, there website is very easy to use and now I'm using there app..

I've been with this company for almost two years and I hate it! Consistently I've gotten worse with their service!! Love the quality of diapers and wipes but I am discontinuing because of the shity service!!!

Love this company. The app is wonderful and works great. There is also a chat section if you need help. All in all wonderful.

It's not a strong app and only works intermittently.

I was a huggies mama until I tried honest diapers..they work great and look adorable!
