The HQ Collection Loyalty App allows customers to earn reward points on purchases. Reward points can then be converted to gifts and redeemed in the HQ venues. The HQ App will also allow users to explore menus, book online and keep informed with what’s going on at the venues.

Rubbish. Doesn't work. Just hangs when opened, with the circle going round. It's so frustrating and annoying when things don't work like they should.

Excellent. Easy to use
They constantly change the loyalty app, this is the second time now in 6 months... I suspect I will also lose my points again as this happens every time they change it I had enough this time for 2 kids dinners overall there is no point in having an app if your points are going to be wiped all the time.
