Keeps crashing when I click to go into the app. Error message says "The Iconic has stopped". Really frustrating as it happens frequently! I have the latest version and have re-started my phone etc. Disappointing
Great shopping experience. Especially the returns process. Just need the swipe recommendations to update better. They are often the same. No matter how many times I swipe left that I'm not interested in underwear for example, it still appears and it's the same underwear. One of the best clothing shopping apps in Australia otherwise. Also, one small but important error, men's category showing up under women's and vs versa. Also can't remove items from wishlist without the app crashing.
This app used to be amazing but it's gone downhill and quickly. There are so many bugs including not being able to remove things from the wishlist and not being able to select your payment type. And yes I have the latest version. I've been waiting patiently for months because I thought they would've have resolved but no! Please fix!!!
Outstanding shopping experience! Excellent discounts, especially at birthday time! Great shipping updates. I find the app easy to navigate and use. I've never had an issue!
A great app, always fast with orders and delivery. Great communication via email. Has a huge selection of items. Will always go to the iconic for my orders.
Fails to deliver in 3hrs or same day. Website promises and advertises 3hrs delivery and/or same day. Delivery received 3 days later! And their response was, "out of our hands once it leaves the warehouse" Easy to make false promises to your clients and then claim its not their responsibility. Unreliable and dissapointed. Never using again.
App is pretty easy to use, clothes are quite nice for the most part and suitable for many age groups. Returns are easy too.
When you're in the sale section, the filter go wonky, etc I can't filter by dresses. Other than that I love this app! Returns are super easy, plus 110% credit on returns. I only shop 40% off sales and always get loads of items for super cheap! Highly recommend.
There is a serious issue with filtering on this app, I find it so difficult to filter for a group of boots under shoes, I have to filter all the way to 1 specific type of boot even though I want to see them all. Or just filter to just shoes alone. I don't know why but this app has made it harder, it used to be easy to filter for stuff and search not now.
I love the company. Love the free returns, unfortunately seem to make a lot of returns, would be nice if they were more descriptive about items that run extra large, photos dont always make this clear. Always good experience with customer service. I think they could do with more descriptive keywords for clothing items, would help with relevant clothing suggestions as my tastes aren't conservative and straight browsing can take all day! PRICES IN NZD FOR PEOPLE IN NZ PLEASE!
Easy to use, great selection of clothing and accessories, I also found candles this time I never noticed before. Fast delivery normally as well.
I love their great offer for the most good quality brands. I am a totally happy customer and most of all their cheap express delivery fees. I strongly recommend the ICONIC.

Could be better if they allow filtering by sale. Eg current sale is 50% off, but you can't filter by that sale only. You have look at thousands of items, different sales.
Terribly slow when scrolling through anything. And shows the same thing over and over again
Love this app, allows you to look at many options from different stores very easily. My bank account might not like it but I found it easy to use. However sometimes the sizes you want are unavailable but that's due to it being sold out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
App needs more descriptive sub categories to assist with searching for particular items of clothing etc.
Overall nice shopping app, it is a shame it does not include reviews since I usually select my items depending on these.
Whenever I put in a gift voucher it never works. Always says the voucher is invalid and I have to contact customer service. Get it working right. Should be able to redeem a gift voucher
Please either order your categories when filtering in alphabetical order OR add a search function specifically for Categories. I just want to look for dresses - why do I need to go through a list of obscure categories to find what I need, also some are subcategories (sheets and quilt covers should be under linen, performance shoes under shoes) From one PM to another - if you checked your analytics, I'm sure you'd see a spike in time spent between clicks/events here.
The app has been really buggy so far, mainly in the wishlist. Would like more collections to browse

I love shopping on the iconic but the app is really killing it for me! Always crashes on me. I can't see any pictures past the second one when I swipe to see more, I just get a blank grey screen. When I'm using filters to search, then click on an item, then click back to see the list again my filters disappear and I'm back at square one. I then have to put the filters in again and scroll through 100s of items to find where I was...please fix this!
I had an excellent experienced with the Iconic. Fast delivery, exactly what it said. I love the products that I purchased so far. You can choose from low to high price. You get what you pay. I like the idea that we can pay it with after pay. One thing though that I don't like are some formal/long dresses are way too expensive. I can buy it to other site that almost 70% difference.
Great app, great range and prices, very good limited-time special offers, lightning-quick delivery and very easy returns process. I made an order this morning and just now got a message advising that The Iconic is working hard to ship my delivery but there might be a slight delay! Really; now that's great communication and customer service. Can't fault the app, the store, or the team behind it. The Iconic has my return and ongoing business, and no I was not paid ro write this review!
