0 star if i had the option. Waste of time. Perhaps my profile was deemed not worthy enough or the approval didnt went through, unableto determine.. The approval takes weeks with no updates or timeline. Dont bother with their customer serivce who are virtually not able to provide any details except you are in queue. Have asked me to re reigster and will take another 3 weeks to review and asked to re register.
1. My height of 5'8" wasn't even an option to be selected. 2. Furthermore, there is no way to save my updated info on my profile. 3. My industry/career in food sciences in under food manufacturing didn't seem to have a comparable option. Doesn't appear to be a well designed/executed app. Only signed up because a friend asked me to after signing up herself. Not impressed, awaititing review of profile to explore app further. 3/18/22
The more I use Bumble, the more I dislike Inner Circle. Bumble just let's me know everyone that liked me and let me choose the distance of the people I'm looking for. Inner Circle just shows me people from really far away (because I live in a huge city), doesn't show all the people that liked me (I have to find them as a Pokémon) and shows cleary inactive users that didn't delete the account (with that, users might think the app has more users to match). Just hope Inner Circle fixes those issues
Not sure this is real. Signed up yesterday, today I'm still on the 'we're reviewing your profile' screen, so it's not even up and running. Yet they have the audacity to have a 'share this with your friends' button/link. Nope. Removing myself. Edit: No thank you. I deleted it. Waste of time.
Absolute technical nightmare! I did exactly the "invite 3 friends" shenanigans yes I can see the people I texted but I cannot enter the conversation nor customize the settings it always says restart the app!
Terrible app, months passed and the verification process never went through even though everything was in order. Update. 2 years, they respond mails like a bot. Wish I could change it to 0 stars.
OK firstly iv been waiting for more than 5 days to get verified this shouldn't take that long iv been in contact with your support team and they told me that my profile has been sceend and in the waiting list iv been waiting for 5 days now this shouldn't be the case and if for some reason the person isn't verified you should let them know if I could give this app 5 negative stars I would get this fixed asap
Terrible customer service. There is no response despite sending several support requests since 10 days. I cannot open my message box and read my messages despite being paid user.
stuck in review stage for ages, I mean seriously. I made an account, it's being "reviewed" for 2 weeks. think it's strange so I reset and start from scratch, made a new account and waited 2 more weeks, then decided to email support who then told me to wait patiently, so I did. 1 month later still under review, not fun.
What a nightmare. No one has facebook nowadays, and LinkedIn is a bit specific... So I tried to sign in with my email... I press "sign in", it takes me to "log in" as if I had already made an account. So, I couldn't even try it.
It just stopped loading suddenly.. inspite of proper WIFI/ internet.. even uninstalled it multiple times and different phones. But same error.
Cool app! Simple, easy to use, interesting people and very responsive customer service. One thing though - there are not enough cities listed in the preferences 'where are you from'. But still, thums up.
Terrible! I can't understand why there are ads for the app on various social networks, there are so many that you end up giving in and creating an account. And then after customizing your profile with photos and descriptions, the app simply puts you on hold... I sent an email asking for clarification on how long that would be, and believe it or not, they even suggest deleting your profile if you want... Congratulations on this disastrous project 👏👏👏👏
I have been waiting to get approved for almost 3 months now, most likely will delete the app. How are you suppose to use the app if you can't even get approved. I'll take my money to Luxy.
Been waiting for my account to be accepted for 3 weeks now. Done everything they want. App looks nice, but, atm, is functionless, to me.
1.Too long registration. 2.Once you fully register only to result not being able to read messages,reply or see likes .Once to unlock messages the app ask to either purchase monthly or recommend 2x friends to unlock messages ,to message and see likes. Again long winded and I have no friends to register and nor can I afford to pay monthly charges. 3. disappointing . Pros. Decent men and of good career
I've been waiting almost a month now for them to validate my profile and i get an email after all this time that i've done my part and now i have to wait for the to validate it. What have they been doing all this time ? Its ridiculous ,i wouls give 0 stars not even worth 1 as you can't even use it Update. Its been three months and its stillw aiting to be validated. Dont bother installing this app. It will take a year for you to be able to start using it.
The app is a sham. I have canceled my subscription and I am really aware that I chose to stop renewing subscription. Yet after months they have taken money from my credit card and extended my membership for another 6 months without my consent. I demand my money to be returned back to my account.
No one replies to my messages. They indicate in their bio that they don't want to pay nor have anyone to invite. This is not a good app to know ppl.
I am unable to connect to app on wifi. It keeps on saying "what might help you us to disconnect from wifi and try again. or close and restart the app".. Works fine on mobile data though
Third time reviewing this dreadful app. For some reason is removed. Don't waste your time downloading. The app is not working properly. I uploaded my pics, filled in my profile and it says the my photos are not clear...
Don't waste your time. Even if you do get approved they'll block your account if they don't like the profiles of the friends you invite. Otherwise it's €40 per month LMAO!
Pretty useless app. In spite of a 6 figure salary, significant social clout and a wide range of interests I am not good enough to be verified, seemingly because I won't "introduce" single friends to the app. Most of my female single friends have used it and have chosen to leave because they dont like the men in there. I attempted to join to add another string to the bow, arrow to the quiver, but I have more success with bumble!
