Great station, horrible app! Does not reliably play. I had the same issue on my old phone, upgraded to a new top of the line Galaxy S10 and have the same problem. Joy FM announced a new app, same problem! This app plays for less than a minute then stops playing. I never have this issue with the iHeart radio app on my old or current phone. It doesn't matter how cosmetically an radio app looks if it doesn't play properly. Wish they would fix the back end on this app.
I love this app!!! All my favorite Chrstian music wherever I go. Great programs they get involved with. Always updating you on concerts coming up. The hosts are fantastic and keep me coming back to hear the special tidbits they have. Hubby found it on the radio and I got the app.
I love the JoyFM Florida but the new app keeps going out after several seconds and I can never hear the entire song or broadcast. I've sent in notices of this continued issue but not sure what to do. So the rating is a 1 star.
Got the app , went to Detroit, it kept crashing ever 2 minutes. Very frustrating. They need to fix it. Gave up using it. Not good...😔
App randomly stops. Says it's still in play mode, but you have to hit stop then play in order to get it to start playing again. Hard to do when you're trying to work.
Best radio station ever!! They have worked out new app issues. I just deleted it and downloaded again. Works great. My favorite DJ's are The Morning Cruise. What a blessing to hear them everyday!!
I absolutely love this radio station I've been listening to it since I was 8 years old but you have to fix the play live button!!!

Love the station but ALWAYS crashes. Uninstalled 4 times. So sad. Had to download iheart radio instead
Love the new app. Only it keeps crashing on me. Randomly music stops streaming. And then closes.
The best Christian radio station I have listened to. Love the station. I hear the 11am guy and the 3pm show. Lexus is the best lady I've heard on the radio station. Congratulations on your wedding.
Love love LOVE The Joy FM...... this newest version of rhe app is horrible, and I miss my Joy!! Crashes every 2 mins, the old version was SUPERB. Please Joy..... FIX THIS!!
I LOVE THE JOY FM ❤ I've been listening for years now. I have even started sleeping with it on when I'm having a rough night. I hear just what I need to at the right time and I drift off to sleep. 💤 This station is such a blessing!! ❤ God Bless you all at the Joy FM ✝️🙏💖

Enjoyed the app but now it's not working for about the past month. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still not working.
Love the music, Jayar Carmon, Bill, Dave, Dan, and Michelle...however The app crashes constantly and ways having to uninstall then install.
Love it, the best alternative to listeng when you need espiritually support. I have experien how the Lord uses this source to minister in my live in my hardes times. God bless them.💕

The station is wonderful! The problem I have with the app is the alarm clock. The old app used to ring like an alarm clock. The new app will do that if the phone is unlocked, but if it is locked, all it does is "bleep" once. If I am in a deep sleep, that won't wake me up. If I have to wake up to unlock the phone in order to get it to ring, it is a pretty worthless alarm clock. I removed the application, went to the web site and added an icon for the streaming page to the home screen.
