It won't even open! I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling to see if it would fix the problem, and now it says the app has a bug and won't open at all. I can't believe we pay so much for stuff that doesn't even work.
The app is not functioning. It will load a mobile website for Wedding Wire, but not The Knot. There is a separate WW app that works just fine, but apparently, it's too hard to make an app for an almost identical business or one app that can handle both.
I LOVE having The Knot Pro app on my android! it has made sending responses so quick and easy! the developers definitely considered the fact that we have standard responses to initial inquiries by offering a quick response button which is a huge time saver! Obviously, there are parts of the Knot Pro that you need to access through a browser, but the developers designed the app to be perfectly simple and helpful. I'm a very happy customer!

This app keeps crashing and wont show my updates half the time. Everytime I try to open it I have to reopen it like twice. It will say I have a notification and then not let me see it. This is causing issues within my business and needs fixed asap! Please!
Not so great. It needs some updating. It's really annoying it logs me out every time I close the app. There's no need for that. It also has an obscene amount of popup questions which is disturbing when you just want to reply to a client.
I'm giving a 2 out of 5 because it lacks a lot of features thar are available online. You can not see your metrics or download them. What it does well: it allows you to connect faster with leads
This new update was absolutely not ready for launch! Keeps logging me out and unable to log back in on a constant basis! This is absolutely horrible especially considering how much we pay! Customer service is an absolute joke, cannot get ahold of my rep ever to cancel! When I canceled my other business account they try every trick in the book to keep billing you. Stay far far away from this company
Not feeling it so far. It takes too long to come up after logging in and user interface seems a bit dated. Not to mention I do see an option that shows me how the customers see my profile. I'm new to the service, so we'll see how it goes.
It has been great to keep up with the Knot Leads for my work. I wish there was the ability to have a phone number. Not everyone checks their Knot messages and it would so great to be able to connect directly.
Garbage. You have to log in Everytime you open the app, and then it crashes literally 100% of the time. Useless. A total joke. Save yourself the headache and just log in on your phones browser.
It constantly freezing and closing.
App crashes constantly! Cannot type more than 1 1/2 sentences before freezing. Extremely frustrating.
The Know Pro app is a very easy app to use. I personally love it and like it. Sometimes I'm not home so checking easily and quickly while I'm on the go is so helpful to know when couples have replied back to me.
The description should have said up front that a paid Knot Pro subscription is required to use the app, but it didn't, so it wasted my time installing it and letting it through my firewall, only to find that out after I tried logging in, so then it wasted more of my time uninstalling it. 👎
Problems with more problems. Won't attach files to send to clients. Used to be a good app.
Crashing. I can't even login without it saying something is wrong and crashing and restarting over and over again.
Thank you!! Beta or not, it still makes our life easier, instead of logging in through an email or the search engine. Thanks again for the app and looking forward for more updates!
I pay how much a month for a non existent app? Open the app and it brings me to the mobile version of the website. What that actual heck? Please just make an app that allows you to toggle back and forth between the two platforms, but is also not the website....
App has issues with being able to upload video's and pictures from my phone, causing the app to crash and force close itself.
the App makes it so much easier to keep in contact with the couples who reach out, i can instantly respond and i havehad more hirings from the Knot than any other source!
Finally!! Love the knot android app! For the longest time, I've had the browser home shortcut on my phone and that worked but the app is so convenient!

Why is it so difficult for this app to upload photos without crashing?
This new app from The Knot certainly helps us with our day to day business whether we're in the office or "knot". Can't wait for new features which I know are coming.

Must be inundated with bots. Either that or the guests that use that platform don't communicate at all. Huge waste of time and effort. 30days in.
