The Lake House Free

It's a demo, not the full game. Graphics are decent. Story is the usual "kidnapped by a dark force." Game play is frustrating. You have to collect pieces in order, not as you find them. For instance, you can't pick up the fishing rod until you have the hook, which you can't even see until you have the putty knife, etc. You can tap in the right place, but nothing happens, so you don't even know it's there. Mostly HOG with a few super easy puzzles.

Have been playing almost all of this developer's games lately I love them. The story lines are nice, although sometimes I feel like there are too many cut scenes, sometimes I just wanna play without having to watch storylines but you can skip them so that's a plus lol. I always end up hooked and so when the free part ends I end up paying for it just so I can finish because they are fun and intriguing. I definitely recommend this game as well as the other ones because honestly they are all fun

Good story with good graphics. I enjoyed everything very much. Only sometimes the game did not respond when I clicked/ touched something and that made it confusing because then I got stuck of course. But further I loved it!! One question though, I finished the bonus content and still it says when I click on media or Trivia that I have to finish it. Could you tell me why this is??

I love the gameplay, graphics and sound effects. Very mysterious vibe going on. Agatha Christie kinda mystery. Some parts are pretty challenging but still solvable. So far I've held back from using the hints for the satisfaction of solving the puzzles myself and it's been thrilling 😆👍 (collector's edition)

Graphics & Voice acting well done.Dev's left us enough to wonder if there's a sequel to this story? I certainly hope so I really enjoyed this one puzzles fit the story too! A+ for that! The game played well on Android 7.1 mobile without any glitching? I purchased full Collectors Edition I needed some guidence? And I'm glad I did. I'll play this again @ adv level.

Straight off I hate it because it's not in full screen so I'm irritated by the notch being visible. I hate the music that's a few notes bon a loop. I hate the sparkles popping up all over the screen. So many irritations from the outset. Then I try and find a way of removing the sparkles because I'm not incapable of playing without them. That's when I realise not only can I not re-start the game and do this with an advanced level of play instead of the " I'm thick as pig poop" level BUT there's

I love games from this dev team! I've played so many of them. I love the puzzles and the game play. The stories aren't too bad either. I never have any problems with the technical aspects of the game. I'm able to play through without problems. Great graphics and sound effects. Music is pretty good too. Thanks for another great experience!

Shaded Items at the bottom that you need to find, are too hard to see. Making the scenes lighter, or darker, still keeps the items more like a shadow in a dark room. If we have to look at shadow pictures, at least, make the background lighter than the shadow pictures.

I hate games that claim free on playstore, Then it is just a free preview. This game was a little dated in graphics and playability. I assume the sparkles were there to show what could be clicked on, but were on things that were not important to game play. They Just made it confusing.

I've downloaded & played this game 3 times over the past 5 years, each time playing to the end without purchase & one time I paid extra for the bonus chapter. Now I download again & just as it gets ledge gripping, I have to pay for the main chapter. Nowhere in the description does it mention paying - it just has the usual info about free play. Also, the standard & collectors edition cost the same. Alawar used to have a good collection of full free games, that's why I played them so much.

Loved this game!! My only critique is that there were waaay too many sparkles. You can chill on that a little bit. 😉 Loved the storyline, it was nice and long, graphics were wonderful, lots of hop and some of the puzzles were very creative! Really well done!

Outstanding!! The graphics are beautifully done. The storyline is absolutely amazing. Easy to understand, but not too easy to play. I love it. Will play it again. Awesome game, absolutely loving it, the storyline is intriguing. It's a little hard sometimes but that makes it all the more satisfying when you find an object. Love the price too other games want £4 or 5.99 and i can't pay that much, £1.79 is great value, thanks

I'm Totally blown away at times. It's hard to stop playing and really works my brain. Great Game I've just gotten started. After playing for a few days and really into the game, I find it's not free. What,a rip. Don't beleive what they advertize, It Is Not Free. Your wasting your time if you think you can win this game.

Very dissapointed , says its free to play then ends & tells you , you have to pay a monthly subscription fee which is something like $80 odd a year.... What a shame as I was really getting into it...uninstalled because the advertising is sooooo DECEPTIVE !!!!!

Delightful game, enjoying it a lot, not too far into yet , but many puzzles to have to figure out, and if too difficult, a hint can be chosen. Would recommend to others thinking about trying it

Free= IAP not necessary, ads available to watch to progress. This game is falsely labelled free. Its NOT free! You get so far, then, boom. Pay for the rest. Honestly I've played much better games in this genre, for free. Really really free. Just ad watching. Crappy way to gain downloads in my opinion. Turns people away from the rest of your games.

Could have been a real good game. The story is there, the animation is fantastic. Gameplay really good. BUT it is VERY shady of you, developers to lable this game as " free with in app purcheses" beacuse no its not free. It is badically a " free demo" NOT a free game. Wouldnt have an actual problem with this IF you werent shady and wrote the oppisate in your description. If it was a free game i wouldnt have to pay two dollars for the next chapter. Liars.

Have only just started the game, I will say so far so good! It's very easy on the eye, beautiful graphics in fact. It's definitely my level of difficulty, if was any more difficult I would be uninstalling this app. Great game so far.

Have to uninstall. Too bad I spent $1.99 for this and got half an hour to play. Stratigy guide doesn't help much. I've played LOTS of games and I am totally lost in this one. Not enough help. ??????

Pretty good. Lots of hints and no timer in casual mode. Got to a certain point and then it wanted $1.99 to continue. Worth it, probably, but I just don't have money to pay for games.

I liked the story of this game.But, I could not progress more as I reached the ship.I know you developers work hard to make games like this one.But why don't you make this a pay to download game? If you had made it paid earlier than we players wouldn't have to buy everything inside the game.But thanks anyway for the game and best wishes!

Good that is is a free game but there is too much wandering about the place to collect one item then return to go back again. I usually love these games but I found this one very long winded and boring.
