The Landlord App does everything you already do at home to manage your rental properties while keeping all the important information in your front pocket. TheLandlordApp has 4 main functions, Property Summary, Financial Summary, Miles, Rentals Available, which are integrated into a native software package that will work harder than anyone on your team.
The Property Summary function allows you to input all of your rental property information to include rental income, deposits, lease dates, tenant information, and expenses paid.
The Financial Summary function will give you an instant summary of your cash flow for each month and year to date for each rental property entered. The summary will even graph out which property is your biggest money maker.
The Miles tab allows you to log in miles driven while recording the date and location traveled to as well.

Nothing made sense. Chaotic interface.
This app could be better if you could edit the expense categories and add new categories apps are useless without good reports
Preview of the paid version. Not much u can do with this freebie if u have more than 1 tenant.
Can't fill in taxes, can't test report function, video/tutorial is not useful at all - blurry, incoherent...actually more confusing than the app itself! I'm sorry to say I m very disappointed and I will be uninstalling unless something miraculous occurs. I was so looking forward to using this and then purchasing the full version.
This app's UI looks like it was made for a PC running XP. There is absolutely no worth while functionality in this app. I get that it is a lite version, but still... at least give the user some functionality.
App (lite) is a sample version, so it only allows one unit. This limitation does not allow enough info to be input to test out this app. I won't pay f/ an app, I can't be relatively sure I will be able to use. Developer: At least add the ability to input 2 or 3 properties or prefill it w/ some sample data.....

No one seems to have this in their app but I really need an app that will automatically add late fees when a payment hasn't been made for a month, then allow mass mall to invoice with late fees included. Please allow for multiple late fee calculations as well. My properties have a late fee on 5th, 10th, and a different amount for ongoing balances

This is a good app but I paid $1.99 and still have to deal with ads. That is ridiculous.

Unable to add more than 1 tenant in lite version although it is advertised that it does. Try offering full version for free for 30 days. Need to know what I'm buying before I commit.
I've been looking for something like this for awhile. Great for landlords.
Ugly interface. Multi-unit not implemented despite patch notes. Tries to do too much, doesn't do any of it well.

Not very user friendly. Fonts too large, didn't add right with partial payment. Could go on and on. Needs a lot of work.
