The Laundry Basket

A really bad service from them. I have faced two issues with them 1) even after paying the amount they have failed to update it on their app.. It still shows the amount is due 2) they delayed in delivering my clothes. Just a humble request. If this firm has a problem with our order, kindly inform the customer rather than the customer calling the firm and asking about the reason for delay

Service : Bad. nobody is bothered about customers. i instructed them multiple times on the time of delivery. nobody seems to bother. No on time pickup and no ontime delivery. They didn't deliver for 2 weeks. lots of excuses to give and You don't get support for Current orders. Better to go for something else. Pathetic

Don't use this app for anything. These are are big Scammers. They took my clothes last week, sent me a link to pay the money and I paid that after that it's been 5 days and clothes are not being delivered. I called the customer service 3-4 times but they don't provide any satisfactory answer. They keep coming with a new excuse each time I call and keep me waiting on the call for more than 10 minutes. I request people to avoid this app.

Worst laundry app ever.. Very bad experience. Very slow app. The person at laundry shop has no idea about online payment options. They give very bad promises. Gives a date for pick up today, and comes after 2 days.. same in the delivery. I didn't received my clothes since 5 days now.Very very bad experience and no support form any help desk. dropped mails to support mail id, but not even an ack of the mail. reply is far away from them.very bad app,, please don't use.

I was very skeptical after reading the reviews here, but still tried as no other better option was available. very happy after trying their service. the customer service is amazing. pricing is the best among competetors, and they didn't overcharge a penny. cloths were also washed thoroughly and delivery is on or before time. 10/10 will recommend

The latest update has made the app unusable. It asks me for my locality and takes me to a sign up page even though i already have an account. No option to log on. I don't receive the OTPs either.

I used Laundry Basket for the first time. There were almost no creases in the packages since everything was neatly folded and placed. My experience with them was excellent. I’d say go for it.

The parcels had nearly no wrinkles due to the meticulous folding and positioning. I think it’s a good idea to go for it.

No quality controls, no on-time delivery. Just an app front for very disorganised operations.

Easy, quick and convenient! TheLaundry basket made it SO easy for us to get a whole heap of clothes washed and delivered back. The checkout process was very straight forward and their email response is very quick if you had questions. Also the price is very reasonable with them folding it and organising it all too! We highly recommend to anyone visiting the laundry basket

Very bad service. They commit to give the clothes in 1-2days but deliver it after 1 week. Also the clothes are not cleaned properly. When i got my clothes, 2 of them were torn( which wasn't torn before) and also the tax and delivery charges was added which was not mentioned anywhere in their app or website. Worst service.

please avoid, during pick up app doesnt update any status, notification handling very poor. communication is weak ,i had to call up seven times just to understand whats happening and when can i get my clothes back. please bring the bag to collect clothes upfront. the drop off was a complete havok.no respect for time. again after 10 calls they started , the person came and went back because he was not really sure where to come , and he returned again after asking for a map loc.

Can't recommend this company enough. They offer very personalised service, efficient, clean and fresh laundry and very convenient. I accidentally used the wrong address and put them way out of their way, they even came on their day off. Sumit at GM Palya branch was incredibly accomodating and sorted it all out for me. Thanks for your exceptional service!

At first, I was hesitant to hand up my expensive garments to them, but now I’m pleased I did. They were really careful with the garments they were working with. Greatly satisfied!

this app is a joke. no one responds from their wash centres. every time I need a pick up or drop off, I need to call them 10 times before someone answers. it's a humongous waste of time. never bother with the app. find some offline laundry which responds faster

Poor App Design. Uninstaller within 10mins of use. 1. Unable to login using OTP through mobile. 2. No option to add email on the first use, hence the OTP cannot come here as well.

I have never had to face a delay in the services offered by the laundry basket. They are thoroughly professional and render their services at set regular intervals.

Terrible experience. 4 of my clothes where burnt including blankets. Never using it again and never recommending anyone either. Late delivery too dispite high charges the service is terrible to say the least. The whole experience cost me around Rs.1200 not including the amount i actually paid to them.

The staff is really kind. They respond fast and effectively to your demands. Customer service was excellent!!

Changing the review because Laundry Basket responded to the problem in 15 mins. Giving them another chance. Advice all the other users to do the same. Had bought an annual discount coupon (Discount 15) from them in Novemberl through the app. They changed their software in Feb and now their branches are not accepting the discount coupon.

This is a really bad service. First, the app won't login using otp. When I place a pick up request, nobody turns up and their customer service doesn't answer.
