Not very good, the app is useful in the way you don't have to carry quarters.. if the hub is actually working. The app does false advertise the countdown functionality since I have not gotten a single alert from the app. I also have huge trouble using the scanning function as it seems to freeze after the camera opens for half a second and gets stuck. In which I have to restart the whole scanning process again, hoping it doesn't crash.

This app is very disappointing when compared to its predecessor, Dexter Pay. This app does not allow one to set the wash water temperature within the app; the same is true for dryer temperature. Also, the app does not track the progress or your washer or dryer loads using a progress bar for each load and it does not notify you when your washer or dryer load is done. Dexter pay does all of these features.

It won't allow me to add a credit card without inputting the expiration date but there's no field to enter that. App says that you earn points with every purchase but I've been using this for months and still see 0 points. Most recently I got overcharged $6.75 for purchasing dryer time that should have only been $1.50 and there's no way to get a refund on that. This is a terrible app and may be enough to make me change my laundromat of choice. The only reason I go to O-Town is to pay by card.

I give it 4 stars because the app works great! But when it updates it wont notify you to update app and it just keeps saying "processing signing in". Something to think about.

TIP FOR FIRST-TIME USERS. The app works well. When you first download the app, the first screen that comes up has a blue bar on the right side of the screen. The blue bar has the words "SIGN UP" turned vertically. Tap that button first to pull up the signup page and complete the signup process. It takes a few minutes to sign up but it will save you trips to the atm and the change machine, not to mention the time it takes to put in all those quarters! It is well worth the effort.

App is poorly formatted, hard to use, and non-intuitive. Features like card management, as many others have pointed out, that would seem critical to an application such as this one, are buggy and don't function. The idea here has a place in modern laundromats, but not if, in practice, the application is more difficult to successfully navigate and utilize than a handful of quarters.

I would have given the app 5 stars because I really do love the safety feature provided by no longer needing to carry money to the laundromat. If you can update the app to notify me when the machines are done that would be ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

Needs a update to fix the bugs and glitches. Can't log in at all. I have cleared cache and data, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the app to fix it and it still isn't working properly. Thankfully laundrymat has a terminal that I can use inside that is hard linked to the washers and dryers so I don't have to rely on the app, but this isnt always available to everyone. Developers need to patch this

BOKEN NEEDS TO BE FIXED It wont let me add a debit/credit card in the app. It keeps asking me to name the card, but there is no option enter in a alphanumeric name. All fields are numeric only. There is a field to enter in the card/account#, expiration date, CCV, and billing zip, but no 'Name' field. Makes it inconvenient to use, would be nice to be able to charge an exact per use amount on the app Vs having to use a Kiosk, and ending up with unused amount on the App. NEEDS TO BE FIXED

This app is awesome. Well, really it's just because we love Dixie Spin. 1 suggestion would be allow the ability to nickname the stored cards. It kinda defeats the purpose of storing my cards if I have to pull them out of my wallet everytime to see which one I need to use. Also maybe put a timer function in the app for each machine you are using so you get a notification that the machine is done?

buyer beware. i recently downloaded the app and despite me paying for 3 large industrial size washers and following all instructions none of the 3 started and i didn't see any thing posted to offer any more assistance

This app is so convenient & super easy to navigate. And I love the loyalty rewards. 😁

Got the app and used it for the first time. Wow makes it so much easier to do laundry. Don't have to worry about keeping up with a bunch of quarters.

Nice layout for most of this application's basic functions. This app, in my opinion, could use with some helpful tips, more instructions or tutorial on how to use this app at the laundromat a customer chooses. The major con is the inability to load my digital wallet directly through the app (I wish & hope that one day soon it will be changed). Using the facility kiosk, when using cash, makes limited sense. I noticed a lag to update my digital wallet after loading it via kiosk. FIX IT PLZ

NOT RELIABLE I Scanned the qr code, added the amount of money, added my card, and got scammed apparently. I even tried a different machine. But it still did not start. Not reliable and terrible outcome. I only lost some change, but that is still frustrating

Elimiates quarters at the laundromat, does what it says. Would give it 5 stars if it has working phone alerts for when each load is done. Some washers have less common features that are not available in the app. Keeping some $ in the account saves your bank account from getting hit multiple times. I wish this system or others like it were more popular.

This app makes doing laundry easier and more convenient! No more quarters and no more prepaid cards. Easily link your debit card, scan and go! I do have one feature request though. It would be nice for this app to someday notify you when your laundry is almost finished.

When it works it's wonderful but the app sucks when the system is down. We loaded up the machines and then the app wouldn't work. The one at the laundry didn't work either. We had to go to store and get cash back. This is something that should always be up and running cause people don't always walk with cash.

The app tells you to choose a country when signing up. But there are no options to choose from available under country. How are we suppose to choose from a nonexistant list??? This app is nonfunctional if you cant sign up. Dont bother downloading until this problem is fixed.

You are not too able to save a credit card to this app. When you put in the card information the app asks for and hit save, you will get a notification telling you to add the card number and name. There is no way around this error making the app unusable.

I have been using the zapper couple months now. When I first started using it it was okay. After the latest update it is missing the field to add the expiration date when adding a new card. I think they need to have better quality control before the release and app to the public

after adding credit card to account by being saved in my phone app it wont let me use the credit card to pay for laundry. has been an ongoing problem. laundromat said a lot of customers are having the same problem with the app. please fix. Also on the kiosk under Spanish the word for go back you've used. the Spanish word for back meaning someone's back please have someone who speaks Spanish fluently help you edit the issue

Its very convenient and easy to use. No looking for change etc. But I have done quite a few loads and have not earned any loyalty points or rewards at all. That's very disappointing.

Selection on app does not match what the machine ran. Selected super wash with extra rinse the machine ran warm and no second rinse. I guess next time I will make selection at the machine not in the app.

You need to change the field were you enter your name for your credit card info. It doesn't look like a field that accepts info, it just blends into the background. Credit card info field is a big white bar against a gray background is easy to understand but above that is where you enter your name on the credit and that's just light gray font on a dark gray background and there's nothing to indicate that where you name goes it took me a few tries to figure that out.

The only reason why I'm giving a 1 ⭐ is because it charged me for the same machine twice, but when you try to contact someone it's very hard to get intouched with anyone. If I don't hear from someone within the next 48 hrs I think I'll uninstall this app.

Had an issue today where I paid for 2 washers, but 1 didn't have money applied. The confirmation screen was still up so I showed the attendant and he started the washer for me. Can you make a history for cases like this? If I would have backed out of the confirmation screen I would not have had proof. Great app otherwise.

In dark mode, the apps text isn't legible.....dark blue on black....that can't be 508 compliant either....just not enough contrast. There's no option to change the mode in the app.

Can't even add a credit card without the app crashing. Useless app.

Normally I would say I like this app, but there is no way to complain when you hit cold wash and get overcharged for a super wash. This app does make my purse lighter since I'm not carrying quarters, but triple check before you hit pay, because this app likes to sneak in the super wash options.
