You get exactly what you pay for. The bags may seem small at first, but i pack them so tight that i can barely fit them into the locker and its well over 2 loads worth. And if you have any problems at all, they have excellent customer service that responds in a very timely manner.
Overall, I like the app and service. I fit about 2 weeks worth of laundry (including towels and sheets) in the bag, and it gets done and folded. It's really nice that they put a plastic liner in the bag (after the wash) for rainy days when you're walking back home, that way it stays dry. The laundry comes back clean and folded. I did have a shirt get ripped, but they reimbursed me for it and apologized. With that and another concern I had they were very responsive (a bit disorganized though). I think the initial errors will go away come the fall semester.

working with TLC is a pretty good gig. think of it like uber for laundry. you get to make your own schedule and work when you want to, plus the work is pretty easy and it pays well. reccomend to any student who wants to make a few bucks. the service is also great for students short on time and need their laundry done.
