I am extremely unhappy with the services. I am paid member still not getting any help from anybody. I uninstalled the app just to update and not unable to login my 10 days has already waste still not getting any support or response from the team.

I am a paid member, but unable to use app. It just give me an message that your device is not compatible with this current version. Unable to resolve it.
I have learnt from the feedback of Tapas Kumar Das that the idea is promoting split in our society. It has been clearly mentioned of its violation of two articles. And I do support the cause as it is a great concern to us. There should not be marriage as per caste preferences and this app is intended to do so for their ratings and profit maximisation. I second the person's comment clearly stating it is unconstitutional. I am looking forward to escalate in mass media. Please reply here only.
There is no point giving the "RFINE" option, if the app cannot match preferences accordingly. It feels stupid.
from other matrimony app if u have premium membership then u can easily contact with member who has not any primium membership but this app if u have not membership then u can't contact with any premium member u have to take any plan otherwise ..uninstall it.
its good..but need some improvemnts some customers open it for fun or time pass . i hv d victim of it...otherwise its good..

This is an absurd idea of fissiparous matrimony. It is promoting the idealogy of caste discrimination by allowing brahmins to select only brahmins. And i will seek justice as it is violating article 14 & 15 of our Constitution.

I liked this app
I had a very bad experience. Most of the matches just accept your request but they never reply or try to reach.i have taken premium subscription 3 times still didn't get any good response. Prices are too high and in between got call from them that "sir we saw u have taken 3 times subscription so we suggest you to spend 10000 more and we fix a direct face to face meeting with someone". Means they r just making money nothing else. Same thing happened with one of my friend also.
