The phone number to call for Flex service does not open the phone app, instead it states invalid URL. When zooming it takes a long time for the bus current position to show up at the right spot on the map. It is nice that this app shows you estimated times for when the bus will be at a particular stop.
"real-time" departure updates and schedules are completely meaningless. The only way to catch the bus is to vigilantly watch them moving on the map. Even that is challenging as they randomly change colors.
A step in the right direction but when the bus is late it still gives the scheduled time to be at the stop. You have to look at where the app says the bus is and do your own estimate. The gps lags quite a bit so you aren't much better off than just waiting at the stop. Hopefully they will put a little more work into it.
This app is not correctly optimized for Pixel phones. The bars at the top and bottom of the screen with all of the functionality are not visible on a Pixel 3a.
App had the wrong times running so we got stranded for 5hrs. Had a disabled with us so walking wasn't an option. Called the lyft office where they told us the app "wasn't listing times" only dashes. We read the times to them. They said sorry. They called us back 5 min later to tell us again we didn't know how to read the live app times. We pulled it back up and NOW it has all dashes. Well at least hopefully nobody else's day gets them stranded.
Timing worked great. I picked up the purple lift right outside of my condo. It took me all the way to Winter Park, and waiting right there was the bus to Mary Jane. The whole trip took less than an hour. In part years it took well over an hour and a half.
Does not show routes, misleading. I didn't know that FRX exists until I searched route in Google maps.
It doesn't tell you the bus schedule, but rather it gives a spotty GPS of the bus your looking for. The bus drivers themselves are wonderful.
I have used lift several times and every time I have had very professional and courteous drivers. I'm ready to use again.
Great service. Kinda frustrating at times when traffic is bad in the evenings. Bus was 25 minutes late, but what can they do?

we couldn't communicate because he spoke Spanish, but he was pleasant. Tell him to learn english faster.

App is fine, don't expect the busses to run on schedule
My first ride on the lift was awesome. I had the pleasure of having the Manager as my driver. A great system of transport for all the folks who live , work, and play here in this mountain paradise. Jeff.

Awesome way to catch the bus.
Pretty poor UI. After you select a route no way to get back to the whole map view. I constantly have to restart the app to get back to the starting screen. Also the data is just not accurate. Says that the bus came to a stop exactly at the appointed time even if it is running late.
