ever since the update my car has been dropped from the ¿garage? listing. it wont let me add it back. each time I try to select add it wont respond. I deleted the app and reinstalled it now lincoln way doesnt respond for login at all!! horrible app!! very dissatisfied! 05/22/2022- update still horrible. On my new galaxy note 10. Cannot see features for start, lock, fuel level,etc! I had a low tire warning and never notified on my app. No idea which tire it until I got to station and added air.

What a waste! We spend an insane amount of money for these vehicles and get stuck with this garbage app. I've personally have been waiting for eleven days to revive my conformation email so I can sign up and nothing despite multiple attempts. Brought a 2022 Navigator on April 19th and still waiting to this day to use this app. Still waiting.

In theory/on paper this app is a good idea. In practice, too many times when I try to use it to, e.g. check the state of charge, make sure it's locked, or start it remotely I get a message saying the vehicle is in "Deep Sleep" mode and to go turn it on manually. Then what's the point of the app? I get notifications of an inbox message but the message asks if there's a recall on the vehicle (?!). When I click, it says there isn't, but then gives an inscrutable code.

Used to give you vehicle info, be able to start or lock car. Does none of that since upgrade and the service appointment schedule part has always been worthless. Always ended up having to call dealer anyway. Wouldn't bother downloading app unless you want to use it for another picture of your car.

The app serves no purpose. You used to be able to start/stop lock/unlock your car from the app, no longer. This is especially frustrating considering I live in a city and have to walk to my car and cannot turn it on from my key due to the distance. And no, the suggestions they provide by replies do not solve the issue.

Update: So nothing has changed. Still just as disappointed, the app was fine then opened it and everything is gone. I can't start it or see any information. Conveniently it's winter so yeah! Zero stars Still Unhappy with how inconsistent this app is. It has completely stopped working altogether. Trash!! Its freezing out I've completely restarted my app, tried multiple ways still no change! Zero stars

I've tried to make a reservation using the app and I select me vehicle and the dealership and then nothing. I am not able to see any dates or actually confirm appointments. Then I get an orange error stating sorry we cannot refresh your appointments at this time try again later. Thing is I have no appointments to refresh and i can't make one.

Remote start/door locks no longer working through the app. Cleared phone data, uninstalled the app, and the features still aren't working. Very disappointing.

I no longer have excess to functions like unlock, lock, auto start..ect. first and last lincoln I'll ever buy, that was a nail in the coffin as they want 1000 dollars to replace modem to have app features back.

Ok, I will have to admit some stability has been added to this APP. Each recent update has made some positive Changes. I will give you 3 Stars, but that is it. This could all be for nothing with One More Bad Update. Thanks Dennis Howard

This app will not work properly if your 2017-2021? vehicle's modem has not been updated in 2022. Lincoln wants to start charging a monthly subscription for the use of features on this app, such as remote start.

I think it's cool app it really helped you more ways than just turning your car on it's nice that technology can help you on your phone for you vehicle so I'm blessed to own a Lincoln and have the Lincoln way

The Lincolnway app. Is great. The only problem that I have had is that when my car stalled one time & the car's app. didn't show it, or another time when the car wouldn't start or go forward or reverse it & didn't register that incident on the app. However, it did show me where my car was when I had the dealership check out the problems that I had with the car. The app. showed me that in 2 weeks, the dealership in Queens added over 200 miles on the car, & 1 tire was 8 lbs. under pressure &

Lincoln stops providing "the licoln experience" after a few years, my sync apps were discontinued, no way to upgrade them. The official dealership kept pushing my airbag recall repair back from 3 hours to 3 days to do other vehicles. They didnt wash or clean my car like lincoln promises. But they still want 150$ for the stupid keyfob! Which i wouldn't even need if my app worked. Id give lincoln 0/10

Love the idea except for the fact it hard to get it to work on a new phone if you get a new phone, since I got a new phone I can't get it to have all the features to load or work on the app even though I load my car onto it , it won't let me have the lock button , start or vehicle check on my new phone and that the main reason I was using the app

Dealer couldn't install at purchase new. Multiple attempts by me over days to install. Has never worked consistently and has numerous malfunction notices they acknowledge. Love the car but this costly piece of non functioning technology could have been spent more efficiently or on employees.

After update when app is opened it shows my car but there is no start/stop or lock/unlock buttons anymore which makes the app pointless.

It's like every few months, this app does something weird and will not allow certain features to work. This time for instance, all remote features have been removed. I can't start, unlock, or lock my vehicle through the app which is my main focus on this app. Make it work again!

Lincoln please respond. We still have 3G in Canada until December 2025. Why have you disabled the app for us here? If this isn't fixed my next purchase will NOT be a Lincoln again....many of us out there feel the same way. You will lose far more than you will gain by trying to force the thousand dollar upgrade early. This cannot be blamed on the cellular providers here. In Canada this is a 100% Lincoln move against their customer base. Reach out if you actually care.

App is pointless! You can't do anything other than schedule appointments with a dealership. No can't control any of you car functions or features.

This app worked perfectly for about 3 months. Now it sees my car but doesn't give me the option to do anything remotely

the app no longer works with my MKX 2016, does not show anything at all, only information on where I can find the service,no remote start, no lock, no information about vehicles, completely nothing. it would not be bad if you returned everything as it was, now this app corresponds to a rating of 1 star, because the car no longer applies

This is the crappiest app I've ever had to use. It doesn't allow my favorite item, autostart. The app is harder for me to navigate through than before. I use to be the envy of all the teachers at my school because I would schedule my starts or just turn it on while doing bus duty. Now, I'm just regular like everyone else😠 I didn't want to give it a star but that's the way to be able to post

I use to be able to start, lock and unlock my car. Now I can not. I also can no longer see my gas, milage and tire pressure. Very disappointed with this app. 😕 As of 3/16/22 I have deleted app, signed in and out, Updated and still NOTHING WORKS . So disappointing!! Loved app prior to start my car, see if locked or not.... tire pressure and gas...now nothing

Doesn't work, again. Same issue Tiffany, below, described 10 days ago. None of the potentially useful functions like remote start, lock/unlock, or find my car are in this newest update. But it will still sell you stuff.

Since upgrading to the 4g modem the app isn't showing how much gas is in the tank, its showing a negative mileage, it can't located the vehicle and I get an error message when I try to read oil life "error loading please try again" another message that appears "all information wasn't loaded swipe down to load" that never works. I can lock and unlock the car and remote start it. I wonder if downloading an older version will allow it to work? I bet the iPhone version works flawless

I can no longer turn on/off the vehicle, check the gas tank, lock/unlock the vehicle, or locate the vehicle by GPS. This app is now pointless

The most recent update caused loss in functionality. I can no longer start my car through the app and other features are no longer available. Very dissatisfied.

Since I can no longer remote start, lock/unlock doors why bother...just like the company, kill the product and then jack up the app.
