Very buggy and bad UX. When I first tried capturing the reference and verification code I couldnt figure out the GUI as the verification code text box looks like its the label for the next box. Then maps are buggy in a sense that if you are looking at the hop on hop off bus maps, underground map, etc and rotate your phone to landscape it changes nicely so that theres a menu on left and map on right for about 2 seconds then the app soft crashes and returns to the first screen. Not good at all
Once I got my pass sync'd it was easy to find things and eaay to reserve attractions that needed to be done ahead of time.
Easy to use, lots of info on things to see, and getting the London Pass was definitely worth it!
I found out about the London pass and read about it on the website. Paid £103 for for it and when I went to the sites they told me I had the wrong London pass. And this one wasn't accepted. I couldn't find any information on it and had no way to contact London pass to make a switch or anything. Only good for Uber boat but it would have been cheaper to pay for a day ticket. Very disappointing experience.
It's a well-made app, very functional and smooth experience. Minor headaches include powering up the screen brightness whenever the app opens, which I think should just be when you want to use the app's QR code for your pass...as well as constantly updating and notifying you for other offers and events. All in all though, was a great app.
If you're ever going to London England then you need this app. London transit runs on the pass. You will not be disappointed. This is a great app to get the passes travel around you can do everything on thus for buses, tubes etc.
Dont buy the London Pass if you have a large group. you'll never get your money's worth. Terrible app. When it worked it was okay. Buggy, glitches, freezes, and just generally needs actual memory management. Get paper tickets and a paper guidebook.
Couldn't even open the app due to the "mobile phone connection is required" message on app-open; I had both working WiFi and mobile data. Others in my party with iPhones didn't have any problems - seems like poor Android development.
Great app. More advanced search and filtering would be great though. For example only searching for museums without setting interests globally or filtering by opening times when it's getting late.
A wonderful app, easy to use and saved me a lot of money on attractions. Need to check some attractions need prebooking separately but easy to do.
Impossible to get your money's worth. Do not purchase the London Pass. There are very few sites that allow you to "cut the line". App itself is very buggy and crashes regularly.
London Pass card number will not sync with app. The app freezes up every time. Worthless app. I hope the card works when I get to London.
We just used the London Pass last week. The only problem is the app will take you to the wrong spot for the Wellington Arch. The Wellington Arch is in about a mile south east of where the app says it is.
This app doesn't open. I just purchased a $200 pass with dining guide and I can't use it! Please fix the bug that keeps crashing the app on Android phones!
Such a piece of crappy software. It crashes every 5 minutes. Such a joy to have to force kill it at each ticket control...
Really bad experience! Can't see it on my Android phone, let alone using it. Yet it keeps telling you that it is Installed. Frustrated!
The pass is good but the app crashes near constantly, and the map does not show attractions half the time.
I can't figure out how to make itineraries and show them in the map. It's not very useful if you can't personalize it that way.
Can not sync physical Card pass number. Just freezes..Thank goodness I have a physical card and not having to rely on viewing through app..
There appear to be ZERO directions as to how to get smart phone working They ask for and order reference which we have and then they want a verification code How do we find the verification code? Have spent almost two hours trying to no avail Not impressed.
Terrible app, crashes all the time, can't sync your pass to it.
Paid for tickets. To access tickets, I had to download the London Pass app and I could not connect because of a cellular signal.
The Ap won't open. I keep getting an error message that a mobile phone connection is required!
Edited the review to 2 stars, eventually it worked, but the QR still arrived too late, which is frustrating.
