The Luxury Closet - Buy & Sell Authentic Luxury

Awful experience dealing with the luxury closet! Been waiting for my payout since 11 January!!! After the 5th time calling them one and half week ago, the lady said that she would personally take care of ensuring that I get my money. I sold 5 items and each time I have to beg for my payout, hence I asked her to return my items. She agreed and said she would call me last Monday. Till now she didn't call neither did I get my money or items back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

It is one of my daily activities. I must check out. Your prices for high end quality fashion is uncomperable. You always alert me of good bye. You knew my taste very quickly, and with intelligence you guide me to what my wallet can afford with no pressure, and that is hard to find anywhere. Thank you.

Don't buy from here. They called me to cancel the order because there was something in my address that they said needed to be redone. For the days now I haven't even received an email saying we have cancelled your order and issued a refund. I called them 4 times and their customer service is so incompetent and horrible they do nothing. There are plenty of better apps out there don't waste your money on an app that has zero customer service.

Great app. Unfortunately the images take ages to load and the image quality looks horrible when clicking into the product! Not sure why as when I had my iPhone it was perfect. Currently running a Samsung S10

Honestly, I recommend checking out Snapdeal. The prices are very high on the luxury closet. On Snapdeal though, the prices are reasonable and the delivery and shipping fees are free. In Snapdeal the package arrives earlier than the expected date. What you see is what you get.

Excellent customer service. Love the collections but sometimes items are very very used but at a high price. This is second hand goods it should be at a low affordable prices so items can be affordable to everyone.

Horrible app selling they denied my Nike Jordan cause they don't carry that brand but when I search for the item to buy boom it shows up so they basically don't know what they're talking about and they definitely don't know what they're doing you guys are trying to be to be too much like VESTIAIRE copyright much

Good app but would like to see it simpler to be able to search for your preferred brands on the home page rather than having to click brands then you get taken somewhere else before having to find where you can input your brand in the search.

Worst app. Don't download don't purchase and don't sell. If you're a seller, they sell your item at highest price and your pay out is really low compared to the selling price hence if you're the buyer, you're buying the item at the highest price with lowest value of the item. I hope the owner/dev of this app doesn't get an illness without cure cause KARMA is just around.

waste of money.. very dissapoint because the packaging is very ugly.. i cant believe i bought expensive bags then you put the bags inside dirty box and pressed it like it doesnt worth

love online shopping from the Luxury Store.. Quick international postage and beautifully wrapped.. The only downside is there is no option to see the prices in AUS $$..

All most all of the ones that I looked at again, are marked SOLD OUT. I find that hard to believe, because it was in a few minutes time.

Worst online app , the most messy customer service on earth . They are selling new stuff and you will see clearly it's used once you receive it and you will spend your life running after them to get your money back

if you have a valuable item don't you ever think to sell it in this app the commission that they will take from it is more than the half of the total price and they reduce the price that they will pay you after 21 days and raise the selling price in the app for their own benefit it will end up like 65% for them and 35% for you from the total selling price of an item that you own i don't even know how it's legal to do such a thing it's a big scam and they don't have a lot of users

I enjoy using The Luxury Closet app. Great service, you just have to know how to communicate with them for your concern.

Please do not give them your email, no matter how hard you try, there's no way to unsubscribe from their emails, the only way is to block the sender's email.

Legit items and price is reasonable . It depends the brands and the year .
