Missing some programs. Otherwise very handy
Used to work, now when ever you open the interview tab it crashes. Kinda defeats the point of the app
Can only be used to add some programs. It freezes and cannot be opened afterwards, most of the time.
Clunky, unintuitive, either programmed in 2005 or created by someone's nephew
Unusable. Can't scroll down screen to select programs.
App gets stuck after I save programs till Mississippi. And it doesn't show me the program list again. All my effort wasted.
Nice app -- gets quite sluggish once you've added too many programs, though. Would also be improved by linking to ERAS so that you don't have to manually add programs.
Should allow you to adjust the weight of the criteria cstegories and allow to remove not just add criteria.
Would prefer if app integrated basic frieda info about programs. And, allowed entry of specific things that matter in decision, such as type of call schedule, specific academic aspects of program such as presentations, money for books, money for conferences. And time to go. not just 1-5 rating of feeling about call after the fact. Makes hard to go back and actually compare programs. And used google calendar over the App for scheduling.
Should be really cool, but lags way too much. There's like a 10 second delay from when you touch your screen till the app responds...hopefully this will be fixed soon
Great tool for developing a preliminary rank list. I like that you can add custom made categories, though the built in ones are really thoughtful. Still some problems with crashing once in a while, now it crashes when I try to delete a program. Also, being able to back up data would be a nice feature.
Freezes every time I try to remove a program from my list. ALL OF MY NOTES DISAPPEARED when I went back through after I finished interviews. In the future you should allow users to delete the preset rating criteria or allow users to type in their own parameters for each star rating. Linking with ERAS to automatically sync my programs would be awesome. Adding a tab for a summary page would be nice with check boxes for things like interview complete, thank you letters sent, hotel booked, ect.
I opened my app after most of my interviews and all of my notes from each interview are gone. I can't recover them from anywhere. Very disappointed with this app.
As some others have said, all of my ratings and notes disappeared after an auto update. 17 programs, gone. Thanks guys, great job.
Since the last update, when I try to remove programs, the app crashes.
Try it
Tons of errors, can't look at my overall ratings
The app is listing interviews out of chronological order
Very helpful to enlist favorite programs and get contact information
The app is missing some programs that have NRMP #'s. I can't find a program I'm interviewing at.
Great concept, wish it was more personalized. My concern is that the developers of this app are not helping med students fully understand their priorities in evaluating programs by making a template criteria with no obvious way of deleting some of them. Some students don't want fellowships or academia, others have their own unique things in mind, some criteria in people's minds weigh more than others so that should also be factored in as well. To make it an effective system, the app needs to start completely blank on the criteria. Prior to scoring each program, the user needs to add each criteria that is important to him/her in addition to the weight of importance to each criteria (minor, average, significant). This way, everyone will have a rank list at the end of it all that resonates much better with their gut feeling.
