Update: Still terrible. Now image capture doesn't even display correctly. Time to move to a different bank. Good luck! The image auto capture feature for remote check deposits is complete rubbish despite doing everything it says to do. It has never once worked right. I always have to wait for it to let me do it manually. I'm considering switching to a different bank with a better app... Unless they can fix this one soon.
The app is terrible. They say they're send an email with a security code to enter your first time logging in, but the email they send is blank (no security code at all) and the app doesn't give you any help number or alternative way to login. Seriously, issues like this shouldn't happen anymore this day and age. IMO.
I have logged into this account several times but for some reason today it is not available it doesn't even give you a statement stating that they're at work on the app.
Usually the app is fast and helpful. Today it displays a 404 error service unavailable.
This app is just okay when it works and that's really all I want it to do, work. BUT just about every update to either this app or my phone causes this app to FAIL. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating when you're trying to deposit a check and it crashes once again.
The last update gave this app every tool you could need and streamlined everything. Very good banking app.
So far in my case the app is gd but definitely need an update the fingerprint login is not working and I dont know about anyone else but I would like some type of notifications about what happens with my account and hey it couldn't hurt to list the number of transfers allowed and used.
After logging in using your fingerprint, app requires you to login again if you want to use bill pay!!! and the fingerprint option of logging in is not available to do so. You have to fat finger in your password. Doesn't logically make sense to require multiple logins to execute functionality after the initial login.
App won't open , still waiting after a while minute.
Has a few quirks but overall a decent app. The transfer issue seems to be fixed, but now the Quick Access isn't working. Would be an improvement if 2FA were added.
Love the app. I had no problems with transfer, check deposit, or bill pay. Logging in and out is easier than using PC.
ever since the update I have not been able to log into my account very frustrating seeing as I pay all my bills through the app. I've even tried uninstalling and re installing still nothing please fix this issue ASAP!!!

The app doesn't allow you to transfer funds. It gives an error message. It needs to be improved.
Garbage APP, the quick access login sometimes works but mostly doesn't.
Check deposit take picture of back of check is glitched on pixel 3. Picture on screen is distorted and needs to be taken manually.
Needs to be completely redone. Too many issues to name. Plus this is the worst Credit Union to bank with. DO NOT give them your business.
I love the experience I have with the representatives at NGFCU. We organized group. My experience is always with the protocols of the bank. Because everyone is on M one accord in knowledge. I live that. Mean managers are teaching the staff.🙏😇💯

Quick access is not working correctly, won't let you set up a pin code or fingerprint. Uninstalled app as it was acting slow last few days, still no quick access.
