Surf info never updates on watch. Shows different to conditions on phone app. Tried countless factory resets and nothing. Very disappointing, considering this is what this watch is made for. Watch battery lasts barely a day and touch screen very sticky and annoying to use. Should be a simple update to fix these problems that everyone seems to be having...
Just upgraded phone to pixel 5 and now app won't recognize network connection. I have tried on wifi, LTE, and 5G. The app didn't work perfectly before but I could work through the bugs, I am not finding any work around on this bug please update.
I can not get this app to open for over a month now. it's one of the main reason I got this watch. So disappointed. It sounds like I'm not the only one either. I've been big fan of Nixon, but this makes me never want to own another nixon.Dont sell a watch based on and app that never works! suggestions or reasons why this app does not work? I have reinstalled imany times and it has the lastest version of wear OS.FIX it or refund my watch!
The app never loads for about past year it crashes as soon as you trying opening I have emailed Nixon multiple times and they still haven't brought out a fix. Its annoying as 2 years ago it worked great
not the best I'll say. it doesn't show any of my messages, calendar, weather, contacts or anything else. it's got an arbitrary way of showing any of these days, weeks, or months apart but it's nice to look at.
this app rarely connects to the internet so my watch never updates. it makes an expensive watch not worth it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. i love the watch when it works but this app is single handedly ruining the capabilities of the watch. I have a samsung note 8. please fix it
The worst thing I ever own! Battery just for one day or if you use Google fit or another tracker just for few hours, at sun light you can't see almost nothing AND THE MAIN watch is dedicated for surfers BUT NO CHANCE TO TOUCH SCREEN NOTHING!!! So shame on Nixon! I can't believe it 😁
JUNK! Nixon, please disable this feature. I have declined your offer to download over 100 times since I bought the watch 2 years ago. I don't want to use this feature of your service. Period.
Worst watch ever nothing but trouble, battery doesn't last, charging terminal's replaced under warranty but only lasted few more months, do not buy not fit for purpose!!
The weather item is blank. Did you stop retrieving and providing weather data? If so let me know so I can stop troubleshooting please.
Not good at ALL. recent update has lost ALL connectivity to internet. Reinstalled App and rest device. Please Fix.
Surf spot API isn't working. It says I have no internet but the snow spots work fine. W E A K

When I download this app, and log in, my watch will not work with the mission face. If I select it, it's just a black screen and displays nothing, and keep getting pop ups saying unfortunately, the mission has stopped. This app is very poor, and for the price of the watch, I feel like it should work with no issues. I am needing to reset my watch to make it work again. I can never get it to display weather with or without this app. Not happy
