The Moon Calendar

Edit: the developers have fixed the bugs and now the app is working again. I really like this app and refer to it frequently. It is worth the small yearly subscription fee. Old: Really like this app a lot, but it stopped working soon after I subscribed to the service. at first it would crash when I logged in, then it wouldn't even open, and now it can't even be installed on my phone (I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling.) The app itself is beautiful, I wish I could use it.

This is the only app I haven't removed from my phone at one point or another. I can't reccomend it enough. Doesn't take much space, unintrusive, detailed, customizable, and the resources they have are awesome too. It has rituals, notes, daily journal, a space for intentions and affirmations, and great explanations of what's going on w/ the daily astrology and how it relates to your personal placements. It also has a discreet cycle tracker in the journal section for womb-bearing people!

I used to love this app, mostly because of the widget that let you know the phase, position, and % illuminated. For some reason the widget no longer displays any information, only the % sign is visible and I have not been able to fix it for months. I've also tried contacting the developer for help, but no one has responded.

I love this app. One of THE best apps I've ever downloaded. It has so much information to keep you on track,always. Not only does it tell you about every day and the moons and what would be beneficial for you on that day,it has recipes,spells,rituals,poses and the list goes on. I go to it every day and tell all my friends about it it's that good! Well done. Alot of people saying it's glitchy. Sometimes,very rarely,it doesn't light up the right day,go into the settings in the app and refresh.

I can't add images to the intentions tab anymore. It comes up with an error saying 1 exception occurred. Didn't have this issue when I first downloaded it. Please fix this as its my favourite section!

I loved this app when I first downloaded it, but I just got a new phone and now the widget doesn't work, it's just blank. I see that others are having the same issue, so hopefully this gets resolved soon. In the meantime, I've been using a different app that actually has a working widget.

I have been using this app for a year and paid for subscription but since 2022 started it is not working as the other recent reviews state. I have emailed support twice now, uninstalled and reinstalled and still no moon information. I was using this app DAILY and now it's just taking up memory space. Can the developer please fix this before I feel the need to request my money back for the app, as it hasn't worked since before my renewal date.

One of my absolutely favorite apps and worth the subscription. So much stuff on there and super insightful as well for when I do spell work to keep track of what's going on in the lunar cycles and journal my progress on there.

I used this app for years and purchased the subscription yearly; it worked perfectly until suddenly it would not update, and then when I tried uninstalling it it will not reinstall. I have tried everything suggested by Google Play for troubleshooting and it still does not work. This is very unfortunate as it was a great app beforehand. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon.

I really love the concept of the app, especially the daily readings and being able to keep a journal. However, the journal needs some work. Sometimes the journal entry delete - and losing these is upsetting because I often can't recall what I went through a few days earlier. Also, you can't change the font and colour of the writing until you have written something and highlight it. Overall, the idea is lovely - just needs so minor touch ups from the tech side of it and it will be perfect!

Some of the features don't work as they claim to. For instance, I have the 'fingerprint authentication for journal' clicked and it doesn't work. I don't know if the journal saves as I've only done one entry and I can't find it. Seems pointless if they don't save or allow editing. The app also allows editing of the settings such as birthday and time of day on the main page. Why would I change that information? The rituals, horoscope, and moon phases are good. The layout of the app is nice.

Overall good. The formatting in the journal could use some work, maybe provide the option to change the background color of the journal, the stark white is a bit unpleasant. What is urgently needed are repeatable tasks!!! I don't use Google Calendar, and have no desire to. Basically if the tasks and calendar functions aren't more fleshed out in this app, I won't be renewing my subscription when the time comes. It's nice, but I shouldn't have to rely on three or four apps just to be organized.

Pretty good, the "add to do item" button could be more intuitive, i thought it was the close tab button... would be nice if enter made a new line as well. Widget also seems to be 1/3 of the screen space it's taking up? Love the recipes and instructions and overall look though! Not as detailed as other moon apps but I love that it takes my chart into account in the horoscopes section, and the calendar and to do list integration is a nice touch.

The app has a great premise, but some features don't feel very polished. It syncs to my Google calendar to add events, but doesn't show events FROM the Google calendar. The last photo in an intention's gallery is auto-selected for that intention's image in the intentions list, and you can't change it. The fingerprint notification pops up EVERY TIME I go to the journal, even though my phone doesn't have a fingerprint capability.

I love this app and have used it for years. Unfortunately it's gotten glitchy recently and the only help I've gotten is "download the latest version", which makes no sense as the last update was some time ago and I always keep my apps up to date. Sadly, now, the app is noongar compatible with the latest Android update and can't be re-downloaded to my phone. So it's goodbye for now, until the developers get their act together.

Was perfect...my widget stopped working, it is blank. You can click it to open the app, but there's no moon info/%. 😥

I'm blown away! This app is so cool and clean. 2.99 a year that is so fair. I love the creator of this. What a practical utilization of modern tech mixed with pagan practices. Really gives me hope... thank you

I loved this app. Until the widget stopped working, now I'm being charged and I cant even use the functions on the app. Not happy.

I love this app! It's exactly what I've been looking for, I even paid for the yearly subscription. My favorite part is definitely the "Self care rituals" where they have different recipes for homemade lip balms & facial steams AND different rituals for all phases of the moon. I can't get enough of them and hope they add more soon. Kudos to the developers, snaps all around!

Such an easy app to use one glance will tell me where I am with the moon for astrophotography. So I recommend it. No issues with this app. Thank you guys for such a great app.

This application combines so many things I have been looking for and haphazardly using different apps to achieve! With a 2.99/YEAR subscription it offers moon phase tracking, a space for a journal that rivels text and image functionality of any journal app I have used, and so much more. Interesting articles, well written summaries of moon phase information and winning aesthetics. I am more than happy to pay the modest subscription charge, however even the free version is stellar and helpful.

Loved this but it seems to have stopped working. No moon information shown jn the daily calendar anymore. Used to give times when moon changed signs etc. Blank now.

I really love this app and I've been using it for years, the only problem I've noticed is that the daily "horoscope" is based on the sun sign but it's calculated as it was a rising sign

I love this app so much. Is the 2022 version updated for other people? I updated it, but it won't open. I'm not even sure the update is going through. :( Tragic.

Love all the information about the various rituals. However the app is a day off. Wolf Moon was on the 17th and the app says 18th.

The most lovely app! I have come to rely on it so heavily and felt so lost in the few days it wasn't working! So grateful that it is back!

So so happy they fixed whatever the issue was !! I was so lost without this app!! It is so helpful and has great suggestions for rituals and day to day life.

I love Moon Calendar! It is such an integral part of my self care routine. I particularly love the guidance for tarot and rituals.
