The latest fixes have improved the app's performance considerably on Colour OS, thankfully. However, it's reverted to not auto-updating, meaning it failed to fully load, so I had to uninstall it, again, losing all my downloaded content again. TM is essential for holistic health. Erin continues to deliver just what we all need, every time. Thank you Erin!
I actually enjoy exercise when moving with Erin, and look forward to it rather than putting pressure on myself to do the moves perfectly. The mantras have become the mental soundtrack to my life, not just when I'm playing the videos. I really like the combination of different types of exercise and different themes. The meditations are very calming. I love that there is new content nearly weekly and a great community to connect with!
The content is amazing! Unfortunately the app often doesn't work well on my phone so mostly I use the Web site. I have playlists set up and when I open them on the phone it just spins and the video won't start. This happened even when these videos were supposedly downloaded. If I select the video individually it usually plays fine but even to make that work I have to uninstall and reinstalled every week or two. When you uninstall, you lose your downloads so I don't bother downloading any more.
Fantastic motivation to move in all parts of life! Editing June 2021 ..Still a fantastic program and I absolutely love it but getting royally frustrated that the Android version of the app keeps crashing!! 😭🥺 Id really like to be able to listen to Soul Strolls while walking my pup again, instead of having to keep my exercise at home in order to use computer! Please, can someone fix this!
The Movement includes a variety of content, including workouts, soul strolls, and recipes. I appreciate that each video is organized by its content, so you know what to expect. You can also choose what you have time for at that moment. I always feel better after participating, and this is a great way to move at your own pace! The team does a great job at supporting Android users with this app.
By far my favorite place to reset, work up a sweat and unwind. I love the different categories of workouts, meditations, coaching, motivational soul strolls. You can choose by type of training, duration, even the feeling you want to focus on! That's my favorite part :-) I am so grateful to have Erin to guide me on my physical, emotional and spiritual journeys. Definitely worth the try!
I've been a long time Erin fan so I was thrilled when the app came out. I used to hate doing any kind of exercise, but her workouts have totally changed my relationship with exercise and I feel stronger every day. The offline version of the app needs some work. I use the workouts whenever I want to motivate myself to do whatever, even if only cleaning the house, doing the dishes, or taking the dog out. Thank you Erin I look forward to every new exercise you post on the app!
What a great way to exercise. Erin Stutland is very motivational and innovative. I love this app, but sometimes it doesn't work. It can be discouraging when I have to uninstall and reload it repeatedly.
Very convenient and easy to use! I like all the choices it has, helps in body, mind and spirit!
Something for everyone and every mood! I cannot count the days I have been "in a mood" and know that I need to move my body, I go into the app and start scrolling to find a quick (or long depending on my schedule) workout and before you know the mood has been busted. If you're looking for a certain type of workout, low key, fast paced, with weights, without weights you will find it all here. Seriously this is the one stop shop for what you need in a day to be on the right foot.
Easy to navigate. A wide variety of options for exercises and meditation. I love the mantras connected to the moves. I'm not the.most coordinated or graceful of people and I can follow along and feel great. Highly recommend.
Awesome.before this app, I would manually download Shrink Session workouts,meditations and Soul Strolls to my phone and laptop. Now, it's all there with internet connection. Plus there's new content each week for different moods and purposes..
Amazing program. Of all the surprises 2020 had in store for me, The Movement must be the best one. Since the quarantined began, it has been very difficult to keep up with a regular exercise schedule. Then The Movement was recommended to me, and now I am back on track despite 2 kids and a surgery in August. Erin is so relatable. It feels like working out with a friend :) I recommend it to everyone who is looking for some support so they can start loving their body again.
I've been A member for over a year & was best decision I could have made for my wellbeing! What I love about The Movement is the holistic approach. The affirmations help keep me going when I normally would give up. I LOVE all the workout options AND you can choose by type workout or length AND create palylists! The Soul Strolls are my FAVORITE they take me out of my head and into my body and you can do them anywhere.
Erin provides a variety of resources to build confidence and a positive self-belief. I love that her meditations and workouts contain positive mantras. She has programs-both short and long-term- that we can participate in to improve ourselves. I love the Movement.
More than just work outs, (so many great ones to pick from) it builds your confidence, while having fun and the meditations bring you such peace. All this along with a joined community. Love it!!
Amazing app with amazing content..such feel good and empowering content, workouts in the app. Love it. Works very well and Erin's sweet energy flows trough the app very nicely.

Love the content but can never get the app to open now. I have to uninstall it then install it again. We need a better app for android users.
This is the only way I can excercise without a high level of discomfort. The soul strolls bring me joy. If I am down & don't want to do anything, I can start playing "I am Grateful" and pretty soon, I am actively doing things!
I really like the content. I love Erin. Though the app often crashes and needs to be reinstalled
My favorite is the 9 min. bedtime stretch. In addition to 5-60 min. workouts has meditations, coaching sessions and recipes.

A great variety of content full of love and fun and so helpful for self care! Erin's love and light and energy are very contagious!! Easy to use anytime anywhere!
The soul strolls get my mind in the perfect place to start my day and I can find a workout that fits my needs at any moment. I now love to move my body and Erin makes it a lot of fun.

I love getting to explore with Erin! The movement content is fantastic. There's so much to choose from! I love how it's organized in so many ways (length, type, mood, more) - I can find something that fits the day in whatever way it fits me then. I also love the weekly movement calendars - takes the decision making work out! I found the Body Love meditation particularly helpful. The only reason this isn't completely 5 stars is that I often have to un/re-install the app when it won't load.
