Used to be good to read about news in our area, but for sime reason the app keeps closing and I have to keep starting over 😢
I keep being asked to rate the app, and each time I suggest they add a delivery suspention feature, but still not there, so only one star.
Started going down hill when Gannett took over. Little to no news actually reported. The reporters always find a way to insert their option. No actual facts & the sky is always falling in a doomsday manner. They are just as bad as Gray television.
I'm trying to get to the job listings and it is not working. I'm paying for this site and can't even get to what I want! Not Happy!!!
Trying to manage my subscription and difficult to access that department
Would prefer it to take me to E Addition. Would rather see actual pages. Not just the stories someone wants me to see.
Very Good News Information !
Actually no one should, but especially paying customers. Each time I go to the apps home page or view an article, a new ad displays at bottom of screen. The ads blinking in red and saying the phone is infected or that memory is low are scams. The app publisher and Google should police what in my opinion are fraudulent ads. If they weren't they wouldn't be making false statements. I probably will stop using the app and may cancel subscription.
Local news n sports now at a cost was free now $7:99 a month shame bye bye app
The app is simple and well laid out, but there are two major issues: 1) you can only read todays articles. You are out of luck if you want to see what was in the news yesterday, and 2) response time from content servers is really slow. Hopefully that is only from the recent launch and higher than expected traffic, so I'll update this review as the issues are addressed.
It used to be a great app. But, every single link you click on (Obituaries, Classifieds (actually, THAT word is cassified is misspelled ), Opinions, Apartments, Jobs.... ANY of those links immediately take you to FOOD NETWORK. I mean, every. Single. Time. I click. Boom! FOOD. NETWORK. Ugh! Can you fix this so I can read in the SECTIONS portion of the paper? Thank you!!
