Recently brought new phone, unable to open or download any attachments (pdf) from this app. From all other apps this is working but only from this school app its giving error "error in downloading the file". I have mailed to suppot team and waiting for feedback.
Wonderful app and a great way to connect with parents at the same time it covers almost everything you need to know about your childs progress, day to day updates and parent-school communication!
I was not able to login with the given password..so I just uninstalled and again re-installed the app...my problem was solved immediately..!!
I am unable to download pdf from this app although I have Abode and Google pdf reader installed in my mobile. However,I am able to download pdf from other sources such as mail etc.
This app is necessary for my child....a 13 yr old....but none of the classworks are opening.....taking a long time to download......app not functioning
It's app help me for school information such good for me. Because it's giving me updates news of schools.
Downloading pdf is difficult, other things are fine

i have bymistake logged out from the app. cannot logg in again by using forgot password. on typing the password which i got in message it is saying username and password do not match. please help.
It is not so much convient app also don't have any features and it take a long time to loading soo much bad app this🙅😣😡😤😨😰

Its a good app and is always up to date😊
It's a necessary app for my child...but it has a lag issue..everyone one opens it , have to wait for a long time till the homeworks or other notifications are loaded.. It is across all type of handsets ( I use a J7pro and MI5 currently, )...also the constant updates are a problem..which makes it a constant problem Requesting the developers to kindly look into this issue
