Bought the book and bought the app. The app is severely broken... When looking for something down the road, the results come back as code all over the screen (as if a angle bracket, curly brace or semicolon is missing or some other syntax error) making the app and its results useless. Lots of complaints here but no update in 2+ years?! Yeah, no... Thanks a NOT Next Exit!
The app doesn't store your login information, so you can't use it on long stretches of road where cellular data is unreliable, which is exactly why I downloaded the app. Also, the user interface is horrible once you do manage to log in.
Cancelled thru play store. Finds app, manage subscriptions, cancel free trial. App constantly asks to update. Says current database ver.30. After updating day current database ver.64. When restarting app later, asks again to update and current ver.30. Update again. Stays updated until logged off. Then update cycle repeats again. Good when updated, but i constantly drive through, Nebraska, Missouri, Utah, Montana, Dakotas, where there are areas with no coverage to update.
Has not worked for over a month & no way to contact them. Someone needs to start a class action against them. They took my payment in December and the app worked great for RV travel, it quit functioning about a month ago.
Very very buggy. Open to an error message of "OOPS" and a page of code. Tried to contact developer, but it's contact sheet failed to send my message.
Download the update and when i go back into the app the update is gone
Asks for login every use ,will not stay logged in.
Pathetic to the point of being criminal fraud. Dont touch this app with a barge pole, the only part that works is when they take your money.

Update available, but app won't update. Virtually impossible to reset password.
I've tried several times to contact the admins but, the captcha feature never loads to submit the email. I've also done the password reset request several times and have never received the email. When I initially joined the site, it didn't even ask to set up a password, it just charged my card for the membership. I'd like professional, accessible sites and service for my money or a refund.
App works well, love it. What would make it even better would be the addition of a search feature where on could search for a particular gas bar, restaurant, retailer, by state or interstate.
Downloaded app and had to update it 3 times the first day I used it. Made me sign up for 14 day free trial with a credit card, but doesn't even give an option to cancel.
This app won't, the db won't connect, the feedback doesn't work because the captcha doesn't load. I would give 0 stars if possible. Hope I don't get charged for this junk.
Can't get to web site can't cancel subscription,
It says update available and proceeds with updating data but never completes the update. Otherwise the service it provides is great.
Takes money, doesn't work, & no way to contact company. I did the free trial a few months ago and liked the app, so I paid for it. Now the app does not work at all! When opening the app, a long computer-jargon error message appears. When I click out of the error, the only thing the app does is the "loading" circle. Tried to email the webmaster using the email address listed on here and it comes back as undeliverable because the email address does not exist & website contact doesn't work either.
