The NKJV Bible (Offline)
The translation used is New King James. This was the version that I, and many others, grew up knowing simply as "The Bible," and strikes a balance between the solemnity and power of the original King James Version, and the understandability of a modern translation.
This app, like all the other free bible apps out there, is ad supported. The difference is, I promise never to interrupt the experience with full screen ads. So many other apps out there do, and it's really annoying (that's actually what led me to create this app). By downloading this app, you are helping to support an independent app developer, and a christian, to make a living.

this apps has no subtitles, and verses for the day, no note to save, there is no setting option, but the highlight was there which is really good, this apps is really simple.
Other than the type being not bold enough on the white background, I have no complaints whatever. it's a good straightforward app that is easy to read.
Good that you can highlight and copy one verse of scripture. could be better if one may copy more than one verse. Also not easy to search out scripture phrases.
great app. my favorite Bible Verses can be shared with friends in messages. Easy to navigate to desired Book Chapters and verses!
Some of the ads are questionable in nature, but as an offline app, it is fantastic.
I enjoy using this app. It is straight forward and there are no odd additions to it. I can also use this app without Wi-Fi.
It's great to have it with me at all times. I can have it with me in the hospital. So I can pick it up when things get rough & a scripture comes up at just the right time.

The font is too light and makes it hard to read against the white background.

It's a shame how one can not read the bible without distraction. I get it that you want money through the ads, they can be only in the beginning of opening app or accept donations and keep the ads out. I am guessing most of these developers are not Christians, else they will know the significance of reading the bible without interruptions.
