Y'all need to Fix is all ASAP, I loved this app for it's coupons and convenience. However after last updates it crashes all the time once logged in, I can't log in 90% of the time. So the app and coupons are basically worthless. If camel don't fix soon I'm switching brands to Marlboro and deleting app cause their app works very well.
I used this app once at Speedway, purchase was same price as normal (not sure where the $1 off went to). I haven't been able to log in again, just not worth the hassle of a cumbersome app for such little payoff.
I absolutely love this app but since the last update I haven't been able to login I hope to be able to use it again soon as it has saved me tons of money I have nothing but great things to say about this app and I am constantly telling everybody about it it has been a lifesaver many times. I hope to figure out what is going on soon
This is the third time that an app update has severed my app access. Time to delete, I think.
Unironically, as in related to my rating, this is a great app. The savings are satisfactory and the interface is easy to navigate. However, it crashes often. Funnily enough, the preponderance of these crashes occur just as a coupon is being redeemed! Sometimes this results in an endless loop of failed attempts at a discount, but mostly, the mobile discount expires and can never be used at all. Thanks for wasting my time, 🐫. ☮️
I have had absolutely no problems with this app! It's like every other app! It has positives and negatives! It saves me money! That's definitely a positive! The negative is that if you choose a coupon and click "ready" or "use" or whatever you push when you're at the register, is if you accidentally hit the home button or anything that makes you leave the coupon screen you lose the coupon! Even if you don't use it!
I really liked and enjoyed the old app from about 2012/2013.. it was alot more fun,super easy to do what you wanted and needed to do. The contests and games rocked! I never had an issue ... my opinion... they screwed it all up by changing it. I completely stopped going to the app. After the mail out coupons were taken away. Then I never even turned back. I went to see what Marlboro was all about and found my comfort again but with Marlboro. I'd change back but not til it's back to how it was..
Not sure what the point is in the coupon if the coupon doesn't ever want to be scanned at the register. Like I'll bring it up but the reader to scan the barcode doesn't ever scan. I've had it work maybe 2 times. Few other times the cashier was nice enough to type something in to still give me coupon. The rest they don't want to get in trouble with boss doing that so it's just basically been useless for me
I've had better experiences in the past but lately it doesn't know that I'm in the correct store, and then it glitches out and takes away my offer when i never got the chance to use it. 2nd time lately. I'll keep trying to use it but the annoyances are become less of a benefit. I just end up frustrated.

Takes 15 min to get authenticated and gain access to the coupon. Worst app ive ever delt with!
Most ridiculous and waste of time app! We have to login every time even though weve already been logged in on the same device. To top it off, while trying to redeem my coupon at register and ERROR pops up saying I need to be in the store. Hello, I'm standing at the counter paying!!! You're wasting your customers time with this app that is supposed to help you save money by not sending us mailed coupons but the darn app doesn't even function like it should!
Ive tried the coupons twice and the first time, the app wouldn't start, even after forcing it to close and restarting. The second time the coupon opened and as the clerk tried to scan the code, it disappeared telling me I just saved $1.50, even though it was never fully scanned. The online coupons on the website never loaded properly either. Waste of space on my phone.
Its definitely faster than the site + has WAY less error msgs- but I still always have problems/error msgs in the app that'll end up preventing me from using my avaliable coupons. Or worse, it'll cause them to be wasted, due to clicking the redeem button when I'm @ the counter then the next second I get an error msg & the scan bar disappears- only to restart the app to find the coupon gone/"used." It's the same thing that would happen frequently using the site as well. Any solutions?
The switching back and forth between the app and the website in the app is horrible. Use the app and pick an article and it opens to the site, then flip back to the app to select the next thing to look at, but do not be to long or you have to log back into the app. This alone does not make me want to open the app at all. I seem to just now open the app for coupons. Both the site and the app have a boring feeling. For as much as they promote on and in every pack, the content is not there.
This app (was) great to use. But like many other users. The problems are getting worse. Constant crashes. Coupons time out or expire before it works to use them. As of now it will not let me use any coupon for it says I'm not in the damn store. It says I'm .5 miles away from the store while inside. And not to mention I used to get 2 to 3 coupons before covid but now only at 1a time and I can't even use the damn thing. I don't use snus and keep getting a coupon for them.
