They wanted me to sign the loan contract before my hearing test. They didn't put on the agreement paperwork that they were going to take a $499 down payment from my credit card, and after I sent their equipment back because they are too shady, they charged my card. Something isn't right with this company, be careful.

Nick has been great so far! I dont talk to people on the phone, especially people I dont know. Nick made me feel comfortable from the first sentence. I didnt feel like I was talking to someone who ONLY wanted to sell me hearing aids. He didnt rush through the conversation and he listened to and answered my questions.

Edit: Things went downhill fast. Dr rescheduled appointment for later date but somehow financing didnt adjust. First payment drafted before even seeing Dr. Massive amount of charges from other scheduled bills snowballing. $350 deep. Cancelled everything. Original post: For the first time in a LONG LONG time I am positive I will be able to have qualified help with my hearing loss. ☺

Will not charge. Charger bad. Went by there today because I was close and the young lady behind me wanted to teach me how to plug it in.i have an appointment later this month but I had not planned on stopping by there so I did not carry old charger. All she had to do was let me have the charger and let me return mine when I go back to save me a 2.5 hour commute but she did not so I have repacked it all and will let them have this back on my recheck appt.
