apparently I'm supposed to have an email and password already in the system just to get past the first screen....how about a continue as guest function or allow me to place an order and then save my payment information afterwards...all intents and purposes this app is useless and does nothing.

You can't even start because the options that you ask to log into it's impossible after you put your email the next step is the pin but it's always incorrect, because I haven't registered yet, you have no way to register for the first time.

Dont use this everyone is right nowhere does it say you need a previous account with them and no option to create one. The worst restaurant app I have ever seen

Really wanted to order. Don't have an account and there is no wmay to make one. Worst app design ever.

Love t hff e Olive Garden. Great food and it's nice to have the whole menu right at your fingertips. Easy to use.

Downloaded the app, but after putting in my email it asked for a password (that I had yet to create as it was my FIRST time using the app!)

Can only make reservations through the application and not able to enroll for an account and looks like it isn't an authentic application.

I have an account with Olive Garden. I log onto the Website with no problem. When I put in my email and password on this app. It's asking for a Passcode. How do I get the Passcode?

Don't you want people to use your app? I try to log on my email and password that I use when online but it states they are wrong. So how are we supposed to use it?

This app is terrible. There is no way to reset your password. Also what in the world is the app code?

How does one register a userid? App assumes I already registered. Bizarre.

The damn thing is difficult and you can't open it.
