The One Rep Max Calculator uses industry recognised formula to calculate the maximum weight (estimate) you can lift for 1 rep from the weight you lift for reps of up to 12. It is the must have application to support your strength training, weight lifting, bodybuilding or general resistance training workouts and programs.
The advantage of using The One Rep Calculator is that you can calculate your 1 rep maximum safely without the dangers of going to failure. Remember to always use a spotter when lifting weights. This application is designed to reduce the risk of calculating your 1 rep max the old fashioned way. It does not guarantee your safety or the safety of those around you. The calculation is an estimate only and may vary depending on your training history.

Features:

• One Rep Max Calculator – enter the amount of weight you can lift (in Kgs or Lbs) and the number of repetitions you can lift that weight (up to 12 reps) and press ‘Calculate’. This will provide you with an estimate of the maximum load you can lift for 1 rep. In addition, the calculator will also provide you with estimates on the maximum weight you can lift for 2-12 and 15 repetitions. Ideal for taking the guess work out of programming your routines such as 5x5, 5/3/1, hypertrophy, mass building, powerlifting and endurance training workouts.

• Percentages of 1 Rep Max – From the information you have entered in the 1 rep max calculator you are provided a breakdown of the percentage weight of your 1 rep max estimate from 95% down to 50%.

• Deload Calculator – Stuck in a plateau? Need to work out how many plates to take off the barbell or dumbbell? Well the Deload Calculator has you covered. Simply enter the weight you are lifting (in Kgs or Lbs) and hit ‘Calculate’ and you will provided with the 5% and 10% weight to take off the bar.
