Came with proprietary to USB-C cable and no micro USB one. Works for me on Pixel 3a using USB-C. Does not work on Amazon Fire HD 8 2018 using USB-C with a USB-C to micro USB adapter. Tried installing USB OTG Helper without root which tells me this tablet doesn't support it. The creators of this ought to list every device that they have proven works with the app! I'd like to get a cheap large screen tablet to dedicate to this but don't want to risk getting one that doesn't connect. Sheet music works very well but the free collection is very small and the paid collection only sells individual pieces with no discount for buying an album and no sales that I have seen so far.
No cable for connecting to android devices with usb type c. Zero customer service (They dont understand English). Bluetooth in the app is not connecting. Some of the videos are not playing in the app and you need to search on the youtube and watch but keys wont light up then. Very frustrating.
Alright app. Needs work. The games section doesn't allow the music to stop until the right note is played. The music search function to buy suert music if you where to do that is a mess.
Absolute trash. These people couldn't lie straight in bed. If by some miracle it works for you...great. If there is even the most basic problem, you will receive inane support emails. They will ignore any question or suggestion and continually ask for endless copies of stalling information. Note, once you sign up, no option to delete your account. DO NOT BUY THIS EXPENSIVE KEYBOARD IF YOU HOPE TO USE IT!
Has awful and basic songs. Wish there was some Kpop and more better songs. I just got this app again to see if it updated on their song list but I guess I was wrong. Very disappointed ☹
The connection to PayPal has been faulty for a while which is the only way to purchase sheet music in the app. Last update has been almost 2 years ago??? Please fix your app ASAP!
The worst company on the planet. The customer service is always somebody in China translating how to fix your problem in broken english. Aside from that, the app doesnt work. They made sure to use their own chords instead of a standard USB so they could overcharge you for their cheap Chinese made products. I will defintely never shop anything from China after this. Especially after these commies introduced the world to Covid 19.....no thank you please buy elsewhere
It's a user-friendly and fun app. Just please add more new and free sheets on the app and add a Type C Cable to The One smart piano. I would love to buy more of it in different colors. Thank you!
extremely unsatisfied. this piano was a decent chunk out of my wallet. now it's saying this tablet isn't optimized for the app. and it can't connect to my phone. super unhappy right now. considering sending piano back
Latest update has made the piano unusable with older tablets, I have contacted support with no response. Now all I have is a very overpriced keyboard. Stay away.
I like this app very much. But it would be even more better if there are more songs that we could play. But overall it is a good app ☺️☺️
I'm so frustrated, bought the piano and tablet specifically because it was supposed to work with this app and the app is not recognizing my tablet.
Music selection is dull and the light up keys are delayed and distracting more than helpful..
Neither Bluetooth nor actual chord connection works. Piano works I guess but the light up keys are useless without app connection
It's a great app love it. My only complaint is sometimes the app doesnt register the note so you can play the right note and it will say wrong

Twas a great opportunity, but no updates or improvements have been made. Now my piano crashes when connecting to the piano

I have started learning piano with online courses and some self-learner books but none of them made the result.
It can detect much better than the other apps I’ve downloaded and can actually tell u if u got it wrong.
It is really good for learning as i am a beginner so it helps me but I give it a 4 star because you have to buy premium to get songs
When I first downloaded this app I thought it would be very nice.as I started to play a song the notes were not correct.
Very interactive and transparent It teaches very clear and in an understandable way.
When I wanted to learn the keyboard, I downloaded Simply Piano bit it didn’t help me at all, so I moved on to this app and I love it!!!
Good app. I easily learn to play piano but I can't play Sign of the Times. I stucked on that level. What happen?
I’m glade this is a game because I think this will help with me wanting to learn how to play a piano it seems like a very good instrument.
$3.99 for one song, the app hasn't been updated for over a year. After spending $1600 on the smart Piano, you're expected to pay $3.99 for each song, no discount on albums, unless all you want to play is obscure classical. This app/smart piano is a scam, as I've only had it a few days I will be returning for a full refund and going with Yamaha.
