Using The Oracle PLUS app is easy. Create a quick profile to start receiving personalised offers straightaway. Use the interactive map to find the quickest route to where you want to be, and search the directory of shops and restaurants to see what's around you. It's all there on the app.
When you see an offer you like, tap it when you're in the shop and the app will open up your smartphone's camera. Snap the QR code by the till point and the offer's yours. Every time you use the app at The Oracle, it learns the things you like. The more you use it, the more personalised your experience.
Please be aware that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Today I tried to redeem the handcream from the occitane and they told me that they don't have any in stock when in the app is was available.....
Of absolutely no relevance to the app (though I look forward to trying it out), but I recall my mother referring to the Victoria Circus Shopping Centre (now the Victoria Plaza) in Southend on Sea as "The Hammerson Development": was it built by or for you, by any chance?
After install the app. It doesn't open
Logs out all the time. Right when you're about to redeem
Won't even install. Downloads, and just stays there.
It is easy to use
Doesn't open after update. Just freezes and then get bumped off. Not fair as missing out on great deals.

The white text overlay over each offer in the offer area of the app is extremely difficult to read. I have normal vision, but for someone partially sighted or with colour deficiency reading the text will be impossible. Very non-user friendly design. It is fine once you click into each individual offer.
The worst app don't bother downloaded in. Waited 25 mins at boost for it to tell me I have no Internet connection when I clearly do. Not the first time it's happened. Don't waste the storage
The free parking offer is tedious! I have to do my shopping then when going to park, remember to go to customer services so I can scan a QR code before going to the carpark to pay for my ticket. Why can't I just scan the barcode on the ticket? Can you imagine the queues it'll generate on a weekend? There should be better use of the technology available.
Won't bother till the feedback reflects a working app. I am in the Oracle now, free drink when you install the app. I already had the app but it timed out at launch. Uninstalled, rebooted, same result, uninstalling now. Won't bother till the feedback reflects a working app.
Great concept if only it would open/load/work
Does not load only loads splash screen on android
Two types of offer on this app: ones which are already advertised to everyone and ones which the retailer doesn't know exist and are unredeemable. Embarrassing! If you need an indoor map get a paper one. Terrible app, am deleting it now.
Tried downloading twice to win doughnuts. froze on opening
Concept great but way too slow, crashes all the time. Nightmare in general
Never let me log in even though I had a signal.
